The rate of fatal overdoses in West Virginia has dropped slightly. Federal officials say a drug investigation in southern West Virginia sent 19 individuals to prison and resulted in the seizure of a sizeable amount of drugs--including 47 pounds of fentanyl. A search is underway for a man in Monroe County from an overnight incident, policy say he's considered armed and dangerous.
