Officials with the city of Charleston and the Kanawha County Commission unveil plans to construct the state's largest sports complex in a former anchor store location of the Charleston Town Center Mall. The National Guard is now working on flood cleanup in Fayette County as officials there continue to assess damage from last week's high water. A frightening discovery for law enforcement in northern West Virginia as Rainbow Fentanyl--which looks very much like candy--is taken off the streets in Morgantown.
