The case of a man charged in the killing of a Nicholas County Sheriff's Deputy back in June is bound over to the grand jury. In Bluefield, a man is in custody after he walked into the federal courthouse on Monday claiming to have a pair of explosive devices. Governor Jim Justice is slated to take a tour of some of the areas damaged in last week's flash flooding. A man accused in the high profile killing of a well known crime boss in a West Virginia prison will be returned to the state to face the charges.
