Appalachian Power expects it will be the weekend before power outages from the Monday storm are fully restored. Most of those outages remain in Ohio County where Governor Jim Justice has declared a state of Emergency. Another heat warning today from the National Weather Service with temperatures back in the 90's with high humidity. Also an apology from a Hardy County judge for his behavior during a traffic stop last year, that as Judge Carter Williams stands before an ethics panel. Also, unemployment has hit another all time low in West Virginia and we'll meet the 2022 West Virginia Scholar.
