It's a chilly morning--and some parts of the state may see some frost before the sun gets high. Lawmakers have wrapped up their special session in Charleston after two days of work and approved several bills which had technical flaws--including one to create a fund for infrastructure on economic development projects. The state's Adjutant General explains more about the plan to deliver West Virginia National Guard equipment to the nation's effort to assist Ukraine in the fight with Russia. Overdose deaths peaked near the start of the pandemic, but officials say the numbers remain way to high.
