There is more concern about the proposed reforms which could cut services at three of West Virginia's V-A hospitals. State officials say revenues continue to come in strong for West Virginia in the month of April. Potomac State has a new leader and a New York theater company will bring an off Broadway production about the Upper Big Branch Mine Disaster to Raleigh County.
