There's an amendment proposed to the Anti-Racism act which has gotten a lot of attention in the final days of the legislative session--one that would create a commission to review materials for history lessons in West Virginia schools. Lawmakers are also advancing other measures with Saturday's midnight deadline quickly approaching. A murder investigation is underway in Kanawha County after a shooting death and much of West Virginia is looking at winter weather for the weekend. Gasoline prices are hitting record levels and one analyst said the jolt at the pump will continue.
