West Virginia's Attorney General leads a coalition of state's in arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the authority of the U.S.EPA to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. Coal miners testify a bill to make changes to the state's mine safety office is a threat to their safety on the job. Ironically their testimony came on the same day a miner was killed on the job in McDowell County. The House of Delegates also hear testimony from those concerned about the impact of homeless activity near their children's schools and still no word on a cause for a fire over the weekend at the W.Va.
