There's a flood watch in effect for nearly the entire state of West Virginia in the next 24 hours with heavy rain expected. At the Capitol lawmakers debate a bill which would prohibit showing proof of vaccination to enter a public venue and a bill to allow for casinos to open satellite locations in the county they are based is begin debated as well. Also the House advances a measure which would enable the appointed Supreme Court Justice to fill out the unexpired term of Evan Jenkins--rather than run this fall.
