A couple of fatal fires from Tuesday are under investigation, one in Charleston and one in Wyoming County. A California company planning to locate a manufacturing plant in South Charleston has teamed up with BridgeValley Community and Technical College for a training program. A well known name goes to Charleston to lobby lawmakers to end the certificate of need requirement for health care facilities. The DOH plans to hire today and it's the one day of the year will give the most through to groundhogs.
