The winter storm warning continues across the state this morning. The track of the storm stayed more to the west overnight, but is expected to dump a lot more snow in the northeastern mountains today. There are power outages and slick roads in the wake of the storm this morning. West Virginia organizations are planning tributes to Martin Luther King Junior today. The Legislature will hear the public's thoughts on a measure aimed at eliminating abortions after the 15th week of pregnancy. A public hearing is set for this afternoon. State Ag Commissioner Kent Leonhardt hopes lawmakers will fund rebuilding the state's agriculture laboratories.
