The legislative session is off and running, but it started yesterday without Governor Jim Justice. The Governor continues his battle with Covid 19. His State of the State address was delivered in text form and included a lot of optimism for the Mountain State. There were three major economic development announcements in the address. The Governor's budget was also presented to lawmakers last night. Teachers are hoping the 5% pay raise offered by the Governor happens, but say that's not all they need.
