Governor Jim Justice and his family appear to be facing massive mounting personal debt, revealed in a new lawsuit failed against another lender to the Governor's businesses. Justice will stage another Covid 19 briefing today even as the active cases continue to decline. The PSC hears about the pros and cons of environmental equipment modification to Appalachian Power's coal fired power plans in West Virginia, particularly the Mitchell Power Station in Marshall County. Senator Capito continues to have what are described as productive meetings with the President on infrastructure and the National Weather Service says May was an unusually quiet weather month in West Virginia.
