It's the final week of the 2021 Regular Legislative session and there are a number of pending bills which has been heavily discussed which will get attention this week. Governor Jim Justice will host an income tax summit this afternoon with leading lawmakers in hopes of reaching compromise on three versions of a plan to eliminate the state's income tax.
