The West Virginia Senate has now entered it's own version of a plan to eliminate the state income tax--and it too includes numerous tax hikes and revenue from legalized marijuana. A number of bills are being watched on what is crossover day-when bills much be out of the chamber where they were introduced in the Legislature.
