The House of Delegates is ready to vote on a plan to start to eliminate the state income tax today, but Governor Justice continues to tout his plan which gets rid of it faster--but with tax increases elsewhere. Other House bills pending include one to block transgender athletes from participating on sports teams with which they gender identify.
