Flooding after heavy rainfall is widespread across West Virginia this morning--with streams from the coalfields to Preston County leaving their banks. Some of the most critical areas of high water this morning are still under a State of Emergency declaration from the February ice storms. Covid 19 numbers continue a downward trend in West Virginia, but it's left hospitals in a difficult spot. The Governor says with the stimulus in Washington they need to "go big or go home" and the 60 day Legislative Session is now one-third over.
