School gets started in West Virginia--and they're doing it on-line in nine counties of the state. Governor Jim Justice defends the color-coded map which dictates school and sports activities. A Charleston parent and lawyer has filed suit over that map. WVU classes go virtual today amid the pandemic, a standoff at the Vienna Fire Hall overnight and a Monongalia County suspect who escaped custody has been found dead.
