Steve Kelly and Brett McKeeta. Representative Chip Roy plans a house discussion on the 25th Amendment, so we're not just talking about the debate and candidate Biden. Right now, this, by the way, is Ryan Schmels on the live line with Fox News Radio in Washington, D.C. What's up with the president? What's going on? What's the latest? There's a lot going on with the president, and really, it's not a lot going on with him. But it's more around the people who are talking about him. So you have, you know, obviously Democrats who are going to be meeting today behind closed doors, and I think everyone is very curious to hear what they have to say, and if they address some of the concerns that members have been raising over the last two weeks or so, you've seen a number of members come out and say that they want President Biden to step aside, then you have, and of course, you have a lot of swing district Democrats who are taking questions about President Biden being at the top of the ticket, and certainly Republicans have enjoyed watching Democrats have to answer these questions, but what they're ultimately going to do, and if they're going to show that sign a unity, I think we're going to find out a better idea later today. Help me with that. Explain a swing state Democrat and the difference between what they would think President Biden running, and what an incumbent would think, or somebody that is not up for election. Right, right. So I hear how I kind of put it. So I've been saying that one of the big winners from the debate between President Biden and former President Trump were swing district Republicans in House seats and also battleground states. And the reason why I say that is because a lot of these members, especially the ones who are defending Biden plus districts, have had to take questions about former President Trump being at the top of the ticket on the Republican side. But ever since the debate happened, now those questions are being pressed to Democrats and their opponents because there are there seems to be some type of at least concern about President Biden being at the top of the ticket for Democrats. So in many ways, it's put a lot of Democrats on the defense. So if you take someone like Alyssa Slotkin seat or Alyssa Slotkin herself, who's running for the Senate, now they have to take a lot of questions about, okay, would you still support President Biden? What are your concerns with President Biden's age? Do you have any concerns with President Biden's age? Is it the best candidate to win in November? They have to answer all these questions now. Ryan, my question is after what happened yesterday with the press conference at the White House, how transparent do you have to be with the president's health when it comes to something on the fact of, you know, is he able to hold office or is he able to run again? Well, I mean, these questions are being asked non-stop of the president and of the press secretary, right? And you saw that in full effect over the weekend or yesterday to the point where it got very testy. And, you know, there's a lot there. And I'm still trying to unpack everything that happened in that press briefing. But, you know, it just seemed like the White House was not in the mood to talk about some of these specialists who came through and decided to meet with the president. And, you know, we've got the visitor logs to back it up that, you know, Parkinson's specialist and some other types of medical doctors that frequent trips to the White House. And, of course, there's a number of reasons why they would come, not just to see the president. But, you know, we've got a lot of questions about it, and we're not quite sure we're getting those answers right now. In Washington, D.C. Fox News Radio's Ryan Schmels, thank you. Of course. Have a great day.
