This is West Michigan's morning news. Steve Kelly, Grant Verquita, ladies and gentlemen, Lauren Smith. Oh, we are ready for another big beautiful weekend in West Michigan, and it kicks off with this gentleman right here. Tonight, Luke Bryan brings his mind of a country boy tour, special guests, Hunter Girl, Chase Matthew, and Alana Springsteen. Tickets still available seven o'clock, but here's the cool thing. Our friends over at B93 are hosting a Plaza party right outside of Van Andel. That kicks off at 4 o'clock. This afternoon, margaritas, food, games, prizes to win, probably a last chance of tickets. Oh, that's going to be a monster concert. Right? I'm guessing. You like this side. I do like this. You like shaking it for the cat, it's down the scene. I'm going to shake it. You're shaking it. That's why I like this song. My husband shakes it for the walleye, but everybody has their own way. Rock, roar, and pour back for another round at John Ball Zoo. That is tonight. Sorry, I'm getting my numbers mixed up. We're going to that. The whole Kelly clan is going to that. With the girls? Tonight, yes. Oh, fine. Remember, it is a 21 and up event, but so cool. Tell me what animals you get to see. Madison is the most excited about the capy bara. She said that it's the most respected rodent is what Madison reminds her, though, according to my six year old, the koala is there. Not a koala porcupine. She's going to see a porcupine that's not a koala, despite what Will said to a bunch of people on the bridge. Good to know. The robot zoo is at the Grand Rapids Public Museum. Very cool exhibit that has just started. It goes until mid September. We've also got something fun tonight. I told you I've gone to a few of these. Another candle light spring. This time with Beyonce. Oh, come on. This is going down right off Sheldon. This is going to be incredible downtown. They've got like a string quartet that plays this music. It's all candlelit, fabulous date night idea. We've also got the movies back. Family fairs flicks on the field with LMCU ball parks. If you want to head out to the home of the white caps tonight, it's the first double feature, the sandlot and jumanji. Oh, they're killing me, smosh. Yeah. And literally just texted Chris. They said, hey, maybe we take the kids out there because those are two of my most favorite movies. All right, guess. We've got some Swifties listening. The Taylor party at GLC Live at 20 Monroe tomorrow night. Everything, Taylor. This is Taylor inspired dance parties. They're going to have singing, dancing. They're going to have themed drinks. Come on, girlfriend is having her air a moment. There's also something very cool. I wanted to point out on Saturday. I don't know what you just said. Yeah. The youths of the station will understand. Robinettes is hosting a cherry day celebration on Saturday to mark the end of the cherry season. Lots of cherry treats, specialty cherry donuts. If you want to head out to Robinettes. Saturday night, another outdoor movie celebration cinema. Of course, does their sunset cinema at Studio Park right downtown GR. They're showing Barbie. Yes, with Margot Robbie and Kenneth, Brian Gosling. Muskegon Lakeshore Art Festival is also this weekend. Saturday and Sunday taking over downtown Muskegon. The flaming lips bring their tour to GLC Live at 20 Monroe on Saturday night. Finally, Sunday night. Matt Kearney at the Frederick Meyer Gardens, unfortunately, sold out. But rumor has it if you listen to Sister Station star 105.7. We'll have your last minute tickets. I got to ask you many a question. That's three movies she brought up there of the three. Because you've seen them all. Barbie, Jumanji, Sandlot. If I want to have a good cry, Barbie. If I want to remember how fantastic Robin Williams is, Sandlot, Jumanji, but honestly, Sandlot. There you go. With my kids, Sandlot.
