Well, as we have been mentioning, all eyes on the Supreme Court for some of those decisions. And what about Trump immunity? What if they did it before the debate? This is West Michigan's Morning News. Steve Kelly and Brett Bakeda, Ryan Schmels with Fox News Radio in Washington, D.C. Ryan, thanks for doing this today. Of course. It's always good to be on. So what's left out there? Last year, the bombshell was Roe v. Wade. What are we still waiting on in the next few days? Well, I think, you know, the big ones are going to be, there's an abortion-related case, too, by the way. But that's, I think, the big one is going to be just Trump immunity to case, right? You know, this is going to have tremendous implications on, you know, not just his legal standing, but in the current case that he's in, but, you know, there's going to be other cases that he's being charged or tried for criminally that could have massive implications on, you know, whether or not he's able to use this presidential immunity. And if he's able to, I mean, it's going to give him a ton of legal ammunition to potentially get these charges dropped in many cases. Yeah. And you've heard the commercials already. So you know, and I'm not assuming anything that Trump criminality and Jan 6 are going to be big campaign things for the Biden administration. No, I'm not shocked at all because, you know, the Democrats ran on abortion in January 6 during the last election cycle, and it was very successful for Democrats, you know, and we've got a big, too big January 6-related cases involving Trump, but also involving a defendant from January 6 who's tried for obstruction. And then you have an abortion-related case in Idaho that cobalt and deals with a state with very restrictive abortion laws that Democrats have been running on. What else is out there, Ryan, that we may hear from the Supreme Court about? Yeah. You know, I think there's a couple of ones, but I think we could probably focus on that obstruction case real quick. This is January 6 defendant, and if the court were to rule in this person's favor, we'd be seeing something where this could create a domino effect for other January 6 defendants. Also could create another legal opportunity for former President Trump to have something to use in his defense in his criminal cases if the court rules in his favor. Ryan, one of the things I want to ask you is because of the fact we've got this debate that's huge tomorrow night. How sticky is this gotten as far as, and we're hearing some reports already, of what president or former President Trump, I should say, can reference, can't reference, so forth? Yeah. Well, he did get a little bit of a legal assist this week, but I believe the gag order was, you know, loosened up on him. So he'd allow to at least talk about Stormy Daniels and Michael Cohen. But, you know, there are some Republicans I've talked to who might not like that. They probably want former President Trump to not even mention his legal cases, and they keep the debate completely focused on the issues, keep it focused on the economy, keep it focused on the border, and let President Biden have to defend his record. Will we in the next three days definitely know what's going to be happening moving forward? I mean, they're kind of an enigma about when they drop these decisions. Yeah, we should, because they did add these additional days that weren't, we were, you know, originally just supposed to have Wednesday, but then they added Thursday and Friday to the decision day. So it seems like they're going to try to wrap up all of these rulings by the end of the weekend, especially when we head into a holiday week next week. So you, the thought is that they could do it, but, you know, I'm not going to completely rule it out until it happens. That is Fox News Radio's Ryan Schmels in Washington, D.C. Thank you.
