Former President Trump's legal team fighting a motion or filing a motion on Thursday for the judge from his civil fraud trial to be recused. His legal spokeswoman for President Trump, Alina Habah, telling Fox News's Hannity part of it was because of an alleged conversation. That is not allowed. He never notified the parties, not allowed. This goes way beyond anything else that we already know. And it gave us another reason to say yet again, you need to step down. You need to take your robe, your coat of judicial conduct seriously. Former President Trump found guilty of lying about his wealth and the value of assets. Back in February, the Pentagon says Ukraine can use U.S. weapons to hit Russian forces that are firing on Ukrainian troops anywhere across the border into Russia. As we see Russian forces firing across the border, the ability for Ukraine to fire back at those ground forces using U.S. provided munitions, it's self-defense. And so it makes sense for them to be able to do that. I just panic on press secretary Air Force Major General Pat Ryder. Looking for excitement? Shumba Casino is here. Play anytime. Play anywhere. Kind of the news from the night carrying over to this morning is the Los Angeles Lakers have agreed to a four-year contract with JJ Redick to make him the franchise's next head coach. You'll have an official announcement probably press conference later today if not over the weekend. Obviously, Redick and ESPN, NBA analyst who played 15 years in the league, met with Lakers, vice president and GM, Rob Bellenkin, owner, Jeannie Busse over the weekend and conversations led to this deal. Now remember, Danny Hurley, the UConn coach, was who they were after first. So they're wondering is this kind of like the second choice because they offered him a six-year, 70 million-dollar contract. He turned it down to go back to the college ranks. And when you look at Redick, one of the interesting things is never coached at the NBA level as a head coach or an assistant, you might say, well, geez, that's quite a step in the leap. But look at some of the players that have done that as well. Jason Kidd, who just got the Dallas Mavericks to the NBA finals, Mark Jackson, Doc Rivers, who won an NBA title with the Boston Celtics. And let's not forget about Larry Bird right with the Indiana Pacers in his home state back in the day. So this is going to be interesting to watch. But what might have sealed the deal, Steve, do you think? Is Redick has a strong relationship with Lakers star LeBron James, who he co-hosts a podcast with. So I think he got the ringing endorsement of LeBron James, which is a good start. I hope it's not one of those podcasts that takes five minutes to start. And now people are wondering, is the pressure on, obviously, to draft Bronnie James, LeBron's son. And what is that going to happen? First round, second round? Anything new on the Pistons from our conversation yesterday about a new head coach? Well, they've got two assistants that they are taking a look at. We mentioned Sean Sweeney earlier this morning, Dallas assistant, Minnesota assistant Mike and Norrie. And the Pistons also plan to interview recently dismissed Cleveland Cavs head coach, which makes you wonder because we did that before with Monty Williams. And now we owe him $65 million JB Bickerstaff. Wish you could have seen him roll his eyes just now. I just would love that. Oh, I'm out of a job after one year, but you owe me $65 million. Okay.
