Bryan Kohberger has been accused of murdering four people in the early morning hours of November 13th. According to the authorities he crept in to the home and methodically murdered his victims, leaving hardly any clues behind, besides a knife sheath. It was that slip up, however, that would lead to Bryan Kohberger being the prime suspect in the murders and eventually to him being arrested.

After several weeks of back and forth court filings, the defense finally provided their version of an alibi and according to them, Bryan Kohberger was out having a nice drive during the time the murders were allegedly taking place.

In this episode we hear from more legal experts about the validity of his alibi and if an alibi like the one presented will even stick.
