Bryan Kohberger and his legal team hinted at an alibi in a new court filing as the court ordere date for him to provide an alibi has now come and gone. According to court filings, Bryan Kohberger couldn't have committed the crimes his accused of because, he simply wasn't there. The document does not go on to back that statement up however. The document goes on to say that Bryan Kohberger reserves his right to remain silent and more about his alibi could be revealed come trial time.
