Prosecutors in Moscow have filed a motion with the court in the attempt to schedule Bryan kohberger's trial for this summer, noting that due to school being out during the summer that it would be the perfect time to hold the trial. Bryan Kohberger's team has not responded to the filing as of yet.



The trial is scheduled to go roughly six weeks and each day will run from 8:30 to 3 pm.
