When Abel was killed by his brother, Cain, the Bible teaches that the blood of Abel cried from the ground for justice. So the blood speaks! why? Because Lev 17:11 says blood represents life.  The same way Abel's blood spoke, Jesus' blood also speaks but what does the blood speak? 

Heb 12:24 says: And we have come to Jesus who established a new covenant with his blood sprinkled upon the mercy seat; blood that continues to speak from heaven, “forgiveness,” a better message than Abel’s blood that cries from the earth, “justice.
