Today we want to introduce a visualization exercise to help you find your dream.

Welcome to our third big success show today. We'll demonstrate how to visualize the life you want by taking a trip back in time the big success show with George and Mary Lynn Last show we discussed the four things you must do to ensure your success for your peace of mind And we do have a link to our last show on our blog today at big success calm And today we want to do a visualization exercise This is part one of two and in order to participate today We hope that you can find a quiet place and a little bit of a long time and join us on this journey That will definitely help and so where do we start? Well, we start by visualizing the past No, we're calling the show back to the future. So first we want to go back now, Mary Lynn Why do you suppose we want to go back to the past first? Well, I'm thinking that I don't know what's gonna happen in my future I unfortunately don't have those psychic abilities So obviously it's easier to go back in time because I know what happened then absolutely and so next show We're gonna get into the future But today in order to establish a good foundation We wanted to go back to the past because you it's easier to remember than it is to project So before we hop into that DeLorean and go back to the future. We've got to tap into something first Right Mary Lynn and that is our imagination now. What is imagination? It makes me think of being a kid again It's when there's no limits. You're smiling. Just saying it. Yeah, you just you just dream you think every you're just free You're absolutely right and there's a great book out there called the millionaire mind That's by Thomas Stanley and we do have a link to that on our blog at big success.com and in all of his research on millionaires Here's something he found Intelligence wasn't as important in achieving a million dollar goal as Imagination creative intelligence. Isn't that interesting? Well, I think because with imagination you can create a picture in your mind Absolutely a picture that's not restrained, right? So you've got this clear picture in your mind and that's exactly what we want to do today We want to create a clear picture in our minds of something in the past Using all of our senses. All right, and we're gonna get into that now in fact Here is the music to help us get into that groove. Are you feeling the groove? I'm feeling rely. I'm gonna fall asleep. I think don't we'll go ahead close your eyes. Okay now think back to when you were a kid remember playing Just having fun No worries. No fears Picture yourself doing that favorite activity. What was that activity? Picture your surroundings. Can you see them? What do you hear? Can you smell that that old familiar smell tucked away in your brain as part of your childhood experience? Are you touching something? Can you taste anything? Let's stay here for a bit. What are you feeling? Not with your hands, but with your heart and your soul Enjoy this wonderful place Take in its beauty. It truly is a beautiful place, isn't it? And how do you feel right now? Isn't it wonderful? You're free. You have no limits. You're uninhibited. How do you feel? You relaxed. You're excited. Isn't this a special place. Keep enjoying it. Isn't this an extraordinary feeling? Think of all your dreams, your hopes, your ambitions. You had big plans, didn't you? The world was your oyster. There wasn't anything you couldn't do. Nothing you couldn't conquer. Nothing could stop you. Keep focusing. Keep focusing on this place with no worries, no fears, no loss, no stress, no pressure. It's exceptional, isn't it? No time constraints. You can stay here all day. Now, I want you to escape this place. Come back to me now. Mary Lynn, did you enjoy a little trip down Mary, down Mary Lynn Lane? Yes, I did. Oh, good. Mary Lynn Lane, isn't that a street? Let's see where is that at? I was playing catch in my backyard with my sister. As we used to do that all day, we didn't care. You know, you were saying no time constraints. In fact, my arm is sore right now. Well, that means you experienced it and that's exactly the point. Coming up, find out how today's exercise will help you find your dream. Today, we did a visualization exercise looking at the past using our imagination. We practice creating a clear picture and we used all of our senses to step back in time. We've got a summary of today's show on our blog at BigSuccess.com. Also the link to the book that we mentioned earlier, The Millionaire Mind by Thomas Stanley. We like to close every show with a quote. So here's a quote by Henry David Thoreau, a great author and philosopher. "If you advance confidently in the direction of your dreams and endeavor to live the life which you have imagined, you will meet with success unexpected." "You've just got to imagine it and then live it." Now, George, how is today's show going to help us find our dream? Because you said that was going to happen. That's the whole point, isn't it? So what we're going to do next time is we're going to use this visualization tool and take a new approach to finding your dream. And until then, here's to your big success.
