In the next few weeks, we are going to discuss the "prescriptions" Jesus, The Great Physician, prescribed to Mr. Orlando that led to his complete healing of an incure virus, that applies to every incurable disease to mankind.

(upbeat music) - Hello, this is Dr. Pamela Noel. And today, I'm going to take you on a journey that one of my patients Orlando (indistinct) to see his HIV supernaturally healed completely. So first of all, I want to introduce myself. I work as an infectious disease physician in the Tampa area. And I practice infectious diseases in several hospitals and clinics in the Wesley Chapel area. And so I manage infections from head to toe when I did an HIV clinic. So I manage, you know, skin infections, your nerve track infections, pneumonia, bone infections, heart infections. And so I wanted to specifically talk about Orlando because his case is very unique in that I was technically not his doctor and I'm going to explain what that means. So first of all, how do we treat infections? Generally speaking, we treat with antibiotics or antiviral therapy. HIV is an incurable chronic infection. And what we do is we manage HIV, we don't cure, right? And so what we do is we have patients take medications to suppress the virus so that it does not cause immunodeficiency, which is what the virus does. So the HIV works in that it attacks a specific immune cell called CD4 T lymphocytes. And that's a cell that's part of the immune system and it decreases your likelihood of having certain pneumonias and cancers. And so the HIV virus basically destroys that cell in that that part of the immune system in a patient with HIV who is not on therapy is no longer functional. So patients who have HIV and who are not on therapy are more likely to have certain types of pneumonias that are attacked by that specific cell, CD4 T lymphocyte, and certain cancers like lymphoma, for example, and a bunch of other ones, like B cell lymphoma, Birkett's lymphoma, other capacity sarcoma is one. And we see those typically in AIDS patients who have a CD T lymphocyte count that is less than 200 typically. So there are currently over 40 FDA approved anti-retroviral therapy in the market right now. And the treatment or the management, I should say, involves being at least two or three combination medications and most patients can be in a one pill regimen, which has either two, three or four medications in the one pill. So in a little while I will be introducing you to my patient Orlando. And as I mentioned earlier, what's unique about him is that he is my only patient. I have been practicing medicine for over 10 years now. He is my only patient with HIV who has been off of medications for over a year now. And his viral load has consistently remained undetectable. So in medicine, physicians use a term called compliance or adherence. And it's used to describe how well a patient follows their doctor's instructions. So patients will follow their doctor's instructions, typically do better compared to patients who refuse to take their medications. For example, if a patient has hypertension or diabetes, kidney failure, for example, and they don't take their medications, they're more likely to have more severe complications from an unmanaged chronic illness. So for example, a diabetic who's not on any insulin, if they're supposed to be or any or medications or injectable medications, for whatever the reason is, either they just don't want to take their medication or they forget or they have side effects or drug drug interactions with other medications, whatever the reason is, a diabetic patient who's not taking their medication, their sugars go up, their at risk of having blindness, strokes, heart disease, kidney disease ending up on dialysis. So the consequences of not following your doctor's instructions is very dire, meaning that that person's risk of having more complications in their health and eventual death is much higher than somebody who doesn't have diabetes or is compliant with their doctor's instructions if they have diabetes. So what is the use of having medications or prescriptions from a doctor and not taking it, right? So the medication only works if you take it. So we're going to talk about God as a doctor, is God a physician, right? So we say God is the greatest physician, right? So if God gives us prescriptions or instructions on how to live a certain way and we don't take our prescriptions or they're consequences, right? And what are the benefits of taking the prescriptions of your physician is that you have better health and that you live a long life, right? Is that the same for God if he's a physician, right? Taking God's prescriptions, does that give us life? Yes, so we're going to talk about that today, right? So we just said that listening to your doctor's instructions and taking your prescription medications appropriately is the best way to have the best outcome when it comes to managing a chronic illness, right? So what does God say? If he's a doctor, does God have the same instructions for his children, for his patients, I should say, right? So Exodus 15.26 tells us if he says, if you will listen carefully to the voice of the Lord, your God and do what is right in his sight, obeying his commands and keeping all his decrees, then I will not make you suffer any of the diseases I sent of the Egyptians for I am the Lord who heals. So I have been a physician for over 10 years. I finished medical school in 2008 and I started practicing medicine after residency and fellowship training and infectious diseases in 2013. And I've had the same job in Tampa until now for about 11 years now. And so throughout my journey of learning medicine and then practicing medicine, I've learned that in the Bible, God is the only physician, the only one. The only person who heals anyone in the Bible was God and the apostles who had the anointing to heal were doing so under the power of the Holy Spirit. It was God's Spirit who gave them the anointing to heal, right? And so God revealed to me throughout these many, many years of practicing medicine that even though Luke was a physician, he didn't heal anyone. And not one time that any patient, I'm gonna call them patient who came to Jesus, not one time that Jesus sent them to Luke for prescription, right? So even though Luke had medical training, when Jesus is present in any situation, our medical degrees are useless. And that was the lesson I learned on my journey of God in my career, right? And so it's very interesting how all these years, I'm thinking I'm practicing medicine. And when you read the Bible, that medicine is practiced under God's authority only. And he was the only person who healed. And so Exodus 15 tells us, he says, "For I am the Lord who heals you. It is God who heals," right? So in HIV, there's no cure. But because the Bible says by his stripes, we are healed. By Jesus' stripes, we are healed. Jesus didn't have any reason to send any patients who came to him to Luke, right? And if you remember, the little boy who had the dumb spirit and the disciples were trying to cast them out and they couldn't. And Jesus said, "You faithless, corrupt generation. How long must I be with you," right? So it required Jesus' presence for that child to be healed. Even though Luke had medical training, he could not heal that boy. And none of the disciples had the power to do it. Jesus had to be the one to do it. So it's Christ who heals. It is God who has a power to heal. And he was the only physician that was mentioned in the scriptures. - Hello, thank you for watching this video. So in a little while, I'm going to introduce you to Orlando. He was diagnosed with HIV in 1995. So it has been over 20 years since he was diagnosed with HIV. And at the beginning of his following with us, he had already had a physician following him and for whatever reason, he was transferred to our clinic. And the first two years between 2012 and 2014, he was being followed by another physician, a more senior physician in our practice. And then later on, two years later, for whatever reason, which I know now with God, he was transferred under my care. And so I have been following Orlando for about two years since 2014 and his journey to getting where he is now is incredible. And so I think his story is very telling in that God can heal all things. And some of the things that we are suffering is because of our own stubbornness. So the way I take it, the way God showed it to me in Exodus 15 is that one of God's prescriptions is to listen. That is a prescription from God. He says, "If you listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his sight." So that was one of the prescriptions that Orlando had to take for years before he saw healing of HIV in his life. - Hello, everyone, it's Dr. Pamela Noel again. And it is with great pleasure that I have the opportunity to introduce you to one of my precious patients with whom I consider a friend now, Mr. Orlando Colon. And I wanted him to have the opportunity to give you an idea of his life and where God has taken him for over all the years that he has been working with God. So Orlando, go ahead and take it away. - Yes, good morning to everyone. My name is Orlando Colon. I'm 64 years old. And I'm very proud of Dr. Noel who's given me the opportunity to express myself, to help others in the name of Jesus, amen. I just wanna make a little story about myself. The experience that I have with Dr. Noel is been amazing. I totally recommend everyone to hear my story because it's full of a lot of positivity things that happen in my life when I was on the wrong way and path to hell. Now God put me on the right path for eight years, the last eight years and I'm feeling much better than ever in my life. Thanks to the help of the Tanoil and professionals, doctors, I'm under me that I am. I was a very promiscuous male but the life showed me that he wasn't about that. He was about loving my God because I've been loving him since I was a kid because that's what I learned at home. And at the age of 34 years, I had something in my tongue and I went to see a doctor, he told me that I needed a lapse. And the last they were about HIV which I never thought that I'm gonna have it. But I did, I became positive for HIV but then when I was 36. So all I asked God was like, please let me leave because I have a mom with Alzheimer disease and I wanna help her. So thanks to God which listened to me as always 'cause we always had the power to create that connection with God to know who we are. We're not alone. We have him. We help, he help us to survive our crisis no matter what. So thank you so much for the invitation of the Tanoil, to introduce myself to you, to everyone here with all my respect and emotional feelings. I wanna show you a little bit about my story. Being HIV positive, positive when I was young, it was really pressing, stressing, buzzing. The love that I have with God was more powerful that put everything away from me. I said, my love, my compassion for others, which I did. I helped a lot of other guys, other women with HIV positive, color AIDS which there was nothing else to do just knowing that they were gonna die. So I had my story and I wanted, you know, who I am, what happened, how happened. I was very young, I was very confused about this in my life, but my mom always gave me advices and those advices I carry them until today. Be respectful with your body. That's your temple. When we lose our respect for our body, we're not longer loving God anymore. We lust, we're giving him the bad person, the devil, the power to guide our life. Let's stay away from it 'cause he's there to hurt us and we're not allowed to accept that. We have to be strong, we have to be decent, we have to be respectful to others and our body is our temple. So when I was detected, they started giving me medications and I was very competitive about they are not taken, they give it to me. Because I read and I always focus on what was going on with my body, how I get it, how I, what I did that I deserved it. No, so many things that I questioned myself, but at the end, I accepted and I said, "Well, this is the way it is." But you're never gonna talk to something else, just God. That was my power, fully, a stronger love that I had before my mom, my dad. He was the number one, God-lation in my life. So today, after all, I've been going through, I had to say that I'm negative, I'd longer have HIV positive and not into any encounters with others. And I've been avoiding to get into temptation with others, personally, like the same, equal, personally like me. - Same gentleman. - Same gentleman. So, I'm sorry if I'm just confused with what I'm saying, but if my English is not that good, but I try to do my best. That's what will help me. So, I want to let the doctor tell you a little bit about me 'cause she's being the angel in my life. She wouldn't be there for me, I wouldn't be here for you to send you this message, which is very important to listen in, because he has a professional message for you. So, hear what she's gonna say about me. - Yeah, so what I have to add is just a reminder for people that it doesn't matter what the world says. There's no cure for HIV, there's no cure for AIDS. If you're HIV positive, you're gonna be medications for the rest of your life. And so what's important in Orlando's story is that he's my only patient who was off of any antiretroviral therapy. He's on no HIV medications and he's been HIV negative for over a year. December 2022, I think, was the last time he had taken HIV medications. And so, what I remember about his story that's unique is that throughout the journey that we've known each other for about 10 years now, I met Orlando in 2014. And so he was just like any other patient or HIV positive, he's gonna be a medication for the rest of your life. He would come in like any other patient, every three to four months. We do blood work for HIV undetectable, CD4 count, which is your immune status as an HIV patient was good on the medication. And then throughout our journey together as patient, doctor, which now we're friends, or brother and sister, I should say. - Yeah, same name. - He started to express his disgust with his lifestyle as a homosexual. And so, most of his adult life, Orlando, has been in relationships with men, but throughout the years that we've known each other, God started to tug at his heart. And he would express to me that he feels so much hurt, like he's hurting God. Like he would come to my office in tears, basically saying how, oh, you know, I was with this man and I feel so bad about it, I know it's not God. So well, that was years ago. And so little by little, we start to pray together that God will remove that desire that he has for the opposite sex, even though he didn't wanna be with men, but that attraction, that temptation was there, and he would fall into it from time to time. But the desires of his heart was to please God and to not live that lifestyle anymore. And so for people who say, if you're born gay or if you're homosexual, you're gonna be like that for the rest of your life, Orlando is a testimony that God has the power to overcome that temptation. And that was the grip that the devil had on him was the fact that he was attracted to men, even though he didn't wanna be with them. And so we prayed for that, and over the last few years, he has no desire to do with men. So then once that desire had been lifted, then we started to pray that God will deliver him from HIV also. So God delivered him from the lifestyle of homosexuality, the stronghold of sexual sin and perversion, but then we started to pray that God will release him from that virus as well. And so we prayed for that. We met, I don't know, I think it was sometime 2022, we met outside of the clinic. And so we prayed and prayed and prayed and Orlando, you know, he felt free that same day. I don't know if you wanna tell that part of the story. But he felt really free, like something had lifted out of him. And so even though it was December 2022, it took, so December 2022 is when he took the last medication for HIV, but we prayed together months before that. So it took months for me to be convinced by God himself that we need to stop the medications. And so finally December 2022 is when Orlando was officially off the medication. And since then, he just had blood work earlier this week. Today we're in the middle of May in 2024. He had blood work May 2nd, I believe 2024. And since December 2022 and May 2024, HIV viral, we made undetectable off of HIV medications. And so God is faithful because he said in the word that his stripes we are healed, but you have to make a commitment to follow his ways, to humble yourself before the Lord and to live according to his will, right? God said, if you wanna follow him, pick up your cross and follow me. He's not gonna heal people who are living for the devil. If you wanna live for the devil, you're gonna stay sick 'cause that's what Satan does. But Jesus heals and you must make a commitment to follow the ways of the Lord, to give up on your own way and to follow him faithful. And so that's why God rewarded Orlando by healing him completely of HIV and God can do the same for every kind of sickness that exists, not just HIV, but any illness, any chronic illness that the world says there's no cure for, that's alive from the pit of hell. That is what Satan uses to keep God's people in bondage. But if you are committed to following the ways of the Lord, the chains will be broken and you will be set free from whatever sickness that the world says there's no cure for. So that's the message that we wanna bring to people to know that Orlando is living evidence that Jesus is a cure and that the word of God is the truth. So I don't know if you wanna have, do you have any other comments to add? - According to the doctor, everything to say, I fully agree, but she was the compassion. She was the person who really pushed me like in a good way, she pushed me through God and to think about what I was doing, what I did, what I don't do. Well, I was asking myself so many questions about it, but she was the God, angels, he sent it to me to say, stop, stop. I stopped living the outside world. It was about God, myself, hell from my best doctor, 'cause I had a good doctor, but no one liked Dr. Noel. One thing that I'm gonna say, God live in Dr. Noel's life, for sure. God sent me an angel. If no, I wouldn't be here right now. And this message to everyone out there. All I ask, please take care of yourself, have compassion for others, love others. And if you know someone is going down the hill, help them, don't ignore helping someone, because I know that Dr. Noel is very proud of myself doing what she had to do, because she do her job with the love and compassion for us. Please never stop talking to God every day, every night, because he's the only powerful God that help us to survive this world today, because this is not easy way to live our life. We live in a scene every single day, but we can be distracted out of it. Without doing any contact with another person, no matter who is, no matter who are, stay away. Just leave for God, that's the best you can do, 'cause nobody else will help you. Nobody will be there for you when you have any health problems. The first thing he calls in my mind is God. And I pray, I cry, I do everything, but thinking that God will help me and protect me. Yes, so I'm sending this message for everyone out there to believe in God, that God never gonna lie, and never gonna make a mind thinking that it is true, it's not true, it is true. God is the living God and that God send messages to others to help us. Never, ever think that God is not there for you, no matter how hard it will be, you lie. If you're losing a house, if you're losing money, if you have nothing to eat, if you just pray to God and God will provide you everything, but pray from your heart from here. Don't say God, no, don't, no. For it to speak about God's names. He's compassion and he will provide you everything, especially health, which is the best thing we can have, health, be healthy. And I feel healthy, how much have you made a thing now? Why? Because I had to help from someone that has compassion for others that are loyal. And God, God guide her to help us. - So thank you again for listening to Orlando's story. And I pray that it encourages you to never give up to have faith only in what God says, to put your heart and your mind in. And everything about your life. So we thank you again for joining us. And we're asking you to continue to end the faith, knowing that God is faithful to all who believe in Him. - In the name of Jesus. - Amen. - This is Orlando's. - Negative. - Negative. - Negative. And I say negative. I'm being. - Yeah. - Living my life out of anything that you can imagine. All I do is talking to God every day and night. And that's a happy life. No one can live happy in this life if they don't have God in their heart. Well, you guys, I bless you. For the families out there, take any children during the future. - In 2009, as you can tell, the viral load for Orlando was in the thousands. And then in 2010, he was on medications at that point. It became less than 48. And since 2011, it has been less than 20, an anti-racial viral therapy. Again, his viral load was undetectable because he was on suppressive medications to keep the HIV virus down. Isaiah 53.5. But he was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed. So what does this verse mean? So if we believe in Jesus, as we assume a Christian does, right? If you believe in Jesus and he was crushed for our sins, beaten for us to be made whole, he was whipped that would maybe heal. Why is it that most Christian patients with chronic illnesses are not healed? If you believe in Jesus and he says in the word that we were healed because he was whipped, right? And so what I learned recently is that it's not enough to just have a prescription, you must take it, right? And so James said what is the use of having faith if you can't show it, right? Faith without works is dead, right? So we have faith in Jesus. So we assume all these promises apply to us, but you must take your prescription. You can't just have a prescription. You must actually take it, right? You have to physically perform an act of taking the prescription. If you have faith at this medication is gonna help you, you're not gonna just have it in your hand. You're going to actually physically take it. So when you have faith in Jesus, there may be, there must be some physical demonstration of your faith in Christ. And that is obedience in listening to the word of God and obeying him. That is the act of faith is to actually obey the word of it. It's not just to know the word and to believe it, you actually have to act on your faith. And so we're going to talk about Orlando's journey and the prescriptions that he had to take from his physician, which is God and not me, that led to his cure. I couldn't cure Orlando because there's no medication to cure HIV as of right now, at least. But because God said in the word by his strife, he was whipped so that we may healed. Orlando had to take prescription and act in faith throughout this 10 year journey before he can see healing of his HIV. So during the 10 years I've spent managing Orlando's HIV, like countless other HIV positive patients, God had recently enrolled me into his supernatural school of medicine. So I'm basically going through a second round of medical training from God, right? So I thought I understood medicine until recently, like we're not practicing medicine, only God practices medicine, right? So he's the real teacher, the Holy Spirit, he's the one who teaches all truth, right? So he's my most truthful, what do I wanna say? So the Holy Spirit is the one who leads to all truth. So he is my professor, right? So now I'm going through a second round of medical training with the Holy Spirit as the teacher who teaches all truth, he's the one who leads to all truth. So true medicine, right? Learning true medicine comes from my real professor, the Holy Spirit. After going through 13 years of medical training, practicing medicine for over 10 years, I'm learning medicine now for the first time. In a supernatural medical school of the Holy Spirit, and I'm learning medicine now for the first time. Hello, thank you for watching this video. So this is a note from Orlando's previous provider, basically stating the side effects that he was having from the medication that he was on at the time. Orlando's HIV virus has remained undetectable and you see the four count was at the time over 400. And today, his CD4 count is still elevated. His CD4 count is basically in the normal range and his HIV virus is undetectable after having been off of his HIV therapy for over a year. He stopped taking it around December, 2022. So now whenever I meet a patient who's a Christian who actually believes in his faith, 'cause not every Christian actually has faith in God, if you can believe that. But whenever I meet patients who are Christians, the Holy Spirit would kind of nudge me to know that this is one of his own, okay? And that patient, I can't treat them like I treat any other patient, right? So if I know God is your doctor and I'm not your doctor, I'm basically overstepping my bounds, right? So a lot of times when I have patients who are Christians, I'll tell them, you know, in medicine, when we have, when you have a case in front of you that surpasses your expertise, what we do as physician is we would consult another doctor or we would transfer that patient's care to someone who has a higher knowledge in that specific area that we lack knowledge of. For example, if somebody comes in with leukemia, I'm not an oncologist, right? So I would have to send you to someone who's an expert in that field to manage you, right? So if somebody comes in, you know, with, I don't know, a stroke, I'm not a neurologist or some other neurological disorder and it's outside of my line of work or my expertise, I would have to send that person to a specialist in that area who's specializing in that specific disorder that they're suffering from. So whenever I'm in a patient that tells them, God is your doctor, right? He's the expertise that you need, not my expertise. I don't have expertise that it requires to manage your condition. And so God is your physician, I'm just his assistant, right? So my job is to connect you to your real doctor, which is God. He is your doctor, he is the one who died on the cross and shed blood for you to be healed. I didn't do that for anybody, right? So I'm technically, the way I think about it now is I'm technically, you know, not your physician, even though on paper it looks like I'm your doctor, but in Jesus said by his stripes, the Bible says he was whipped that you may be healed, that means you are healed. And that we need to take the prescription that God has provided you in order to see you completely healed of your condition, right? God is the one with the highest level of expertise when it comes to any diseases because he already died for that disease. So now we're going to go through all of the prescriptions that Orlando had to take in order to be healed by his physician, Jesus, the great physician. Let's start with Psalms 103, 11, and 12. For his unfailing love toward those who fear him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth. He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west. The Lord is like a father to his children. This is verse 13, tender and compassionate to those who fear him, right? So verse 11 says, his unfailing love toward those who fear him is as great as the height of the heavens above the earth, right? So because God loves us and he's all knowing, all powerful. He has already provided us with the answers to every pain, every suffering because he's a God who loves, right? Can you say that about your doctor? You can't, right? So if God is our doctor and he loves us and he died on the cross to see him healed, that's the physician that you want to go to. We want to go to a physician who loved you enough to die for your sins and your sicknesses. And physicians are human, we're humans, right? So we have limited knowledge and limited understanding and the Bible says as high as the heavens are above the earth, God's ways are higher, God's ways are that much higher. And so even though God's ways make no sense, like, you know, confessing your sins to one another, we're going to see that verse, confess your sins to one another that you made me heal. How does confessing your sin heal people? That's not a medication, right? But those are God's instructions, even though they don't make sense, but his way to higher than humans' ways, right? Our limited understanding is what Christians put their faith and as opposed to God's unlimited, limitless knowledge and understanding. So we're going to understand for the first time this is how God heals. He says, if you will listen, right? You're not going to see all these diseases upon me because God is the one who heals. So we must listen to what he says. That is a prescription from God. It's the listen, Ephesians 1, 21. Now he's far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else, not only in this world, but also in the world to come. Matthew 8, 17. We saw this already in Isaiah 53. This fulfilled the word of the Lord through the prophet Isaiah who said he took our sicknesses and removed our diseases, right? So if you were a patient who believes in God and it says, God Jesus took our sicknesses and he removed our diseases, why do we need human doctors, right? Ever thought about that? I thought about that. Why do Christians need doctors, right? So we saw in Old Testament in Exodus 15, I believe, God says, I am the Lord who heals you. And here it says Jesus took upon himself our sicknesses and he removed our diseases, right? So the way God showed me is that it's the equivalent of having a prescription in your hand from your doctor and not actually taking it. That's why Christians do not see healing the way the Bible describes it, right? So our faith in these verses require action and we're gonna talk about the actions that Orlando has to take. And this is not applicable only to HIV, any chronic illness that exists on this planet that there's no cure for, there's a cure and the name is Jesus. Colossians 2, 13 to 15, it says you were dead because of your sins, right? Notice how sin is attached to death and because your sinful nature was not yet cut away, then God made you alive with Christ who forgave our sins. So the forgiveness of our sins is attached to life, right? So sins, death, forgiveness of our sins, life. Then God made you alive with Christ for he forgave all of our sins. He canceled the record of the charges against us and took it away by mailing it to the cross. In this way he disarmed that spiritual rulers and authorities, he shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross. So we know a lot of diseases are demonic and we're gonna talk about how I prayed over Orlando. The way that I prayed for him, I didn't pray, oh God, please heal his HIV. I rebuke HIV and I address it as a demonic spirit and I'm gonna let Orlando tell you what reaction came out of that. So the whole spirit was telling me, and I've never done this before, he's the first patient that I prayed like that for. So a lot of patients, oh God, please help me and heal me. But I addressed that spirit. I addressed HIV like a demon and it came out of him. But it took 10 years before God showed me that that's gonna be his healing. Orlando had to take prescriptions from God for 10 years before God revealed to me that that's how it's gonna be healed, right? So we're gonna talk about that later. So Jesus died on the cross for our sins and our sicknesses. We saw that earlier, that he was whipped because he was whipped, we are healed, right? And here we're finding out that not only did Jesus forgive us of our sins and his death on the cross, but he also defeated demonic powers and authorities in the earth, which includes sicknesses and diseases, right?
