And Donald Trump will make his announcement today for Vice President, we're told by Inside Sources. Sources also speaking on condition of anonymity say possible Senator Marco Rubio and North Dakota's governor have been told that they are not being picked. There was a legal victory today for Donald Trump in a Florida federal court, where Judge Alien Cannon, on a technicality, has thrown out the classified documents case. Our Sagar McGonny reports. Trump's lawyers arguing special counsel Jack Smith was illegally appointed. Cannon, a Trump appointee, agreed it's a stunning and abrupt end to a prosecution that had been seen from the start as the most perilous of all the legal threats Trump faced. All this, just three days after the former president, survived an assassination attempt in Pennsylvania. Our Julie Walker has more on the shooter on the rooftop. Butler County Sheriff Michael Sloop says officers had a photo of someone deemed suspicious and were following up. All they were looking for was to identify a suspicious person.
