Today, when most organizations roll-out a new learning program, they are doing it not only for their US based staff, but for staff located in other countries.  The learning professional, in working with the business sponsor, must make a determination whether or not to translate these materials into other languages.  This podcast will take a look at some of the considerations, if you decide to translate your learning materials.
