Recently, I interviewed Ron Sitrin of Long and Foster Real Estate, who is ranked, as one of their top 30 agents in the nation.  Ron told me that he has read over 130 books on management, leadership, teamwork, etc. When we actually counted, it was over 200! 

There must be a method by which he not only selects, but shares this information.  This podcast discusses with Ron how he chooses the next book to read, where does he read (physical setting), and how he shares this information with his staff.
