technical difficulties we had to end the show early but i did want to make sure i let you all know that she has agreed to come back for a part two show uh when she uh signed up her schedule she would let us know exactly when we're going to set that up so make sure you guys stay tuned for that when i will definitely give you all the details as to exactly what's going on and as far as that front um so yeah um sorry about that again but you know stuff as far as technical difficulties happened and it just happened the other day so you know what can you do but uh i i've actually got to finally catch up on a lot of days of a lot of stuff and it was very cool to see christal gepel back on the show and also with those flat back flat back flat back scenes wow you're not talking to the flashback scene um as she's having with um michael sevatino has launched alamy it's it's very it definitely helps the story and it's definitely something that i'm enjoying to see so i am thrilled that she's back in the show and not too long after that we're gonna finally see the analamine we're going to see louise the rattle back on our screen you cannot complain for something like that that's absolutely phenomenal amazing that we're going to have all these returns coming back on not just that but we're also going to i don't know hopefully we'll be able to experience a in much much much needed change i mean it it seems like it has changed for the better but hopefully we'll be able to see more of a change on this show as well so all we got to do is stay tuned watch the show through thick and thin that's all but i also um want to discuss some of the other shows that we're seeing um breaking into the news round before we bring on our guest as well i know all of you guys have been keeping tabs especially myself on what's going on with eric great and i i can't deny that i i'm a fan of his i can't deny that i am a fan of his and you know these interviews that he has been checking out you know i can't say that i disagree with him because i really don't disagree the only thing i disagree with him on is the maria bell love because a lot of the stories i've been going on on the show right now have not been the greatest stuff on the air as we speak and i think they had put picked a newman into a corner how exactly were they gonna get him out of it there has just been so much confliction that he has created amongst the other characters on the show that i just have no idea how they were going to able to get him out of the fault get him out of the forefront like that um is there a way that he is redeemable maybe maybe not but i have no idea how they were going to able to get anything fix him i guess that's the best way to put it to fix him i i guess that's the only way we can say is to fix him but i really hope that it is just nothing but a scare tactic maybe he will sign on the dotted line but at this point from what we are hearing he's not going to do that and you know he is looking at other ventures and looking at other opportunities i am sad to see him go another a lot of fans out there that are happy that he is leaving but you know i grew up with victor niki and i grew up with the jack victor rivalry and it's going to be weird to not have that on their screen anymore exactly how are we supposed to get past that exactly how are we supposed to be able to watch one hour without him i know there was one hour before him and yeah there could be a wine hour without him but he's been on the front burner for so long how are you able to do a show without him how are you able to come up with story without him it might be it might be difficult maybe for them but i want to think it's it this way figured that you know how with kim zimmer when she first started on got me in my back and he's ready um maybe about two years online not even two years maybe about a year down the line it became the riva devour and it became all about riva and then when she left in 1990 they were able to make an incredible ensemble show without her so they were able to do wonderful things i got in mind after her departure so it could be said for the same thing about this i'm not so sure about that but i don't know i have absolutely no idea what can i expect as far as uh that's concerned the only thing i can do is just for you guys if you really want him to stay you have to write into sony write into sony tell them about your dismay in regards to eric brady not being on the show anymore that's the only suggestion i can give you because that's the only suggestion that's been put in out there and you know those fans that are happy to see him go well you are entitled to your own opinion as well but i'm not i'm not too i'm not too keen on leaving because it it would be unusual for me to see him off the show but i know there are a lot of fans that are sick of them but again that's your opinion that's nobody else's opinion and since we're speaking of stuff in this regard uh was talking to a religious or last night we did total the question about if she did have any scenes with jonathan jackson on to her hospital and how does she feel about Greg's while leaving she has not had any scenes with jonathan jackson yet and you know she did watch him on the show and he was lucky back then as well so it's it's interesting for her to now to actually work with him as a part um and she had nothing but wonderful things to say about Greg Vaughn nothing but wonderful extremely loving things to say about Greg Vaughn and for me i think that his dismissal was kind of crappy do i feel happy that jonathan jackson's back well i am a jonathan jackson fan i'm not going to deny that i loved his portrayal of lucky young jonathan i really really do but i still think it was bad that they decided to just get rid of Greg Vaughn in the in the manner that they did in the manner that they did it was uncalled for unnecessary and the main thing that i think of the fact of when they start showing the episodes with jonathan jackson on the show the main thing i can only think about right now is that now that jonathan is back on the show are they now going to write for him and the character lucky and the best way that they know how instead of writing in the way that they were writing it for Greg Vaughn portrayal that's something i really am going to hate yet that's the route they're going to take because why are you gonna face all that good material for jj but you couldn't produce that good material for Greg Vaughn i don't like that i think that's backhand and that's the main thing that i can see and i understand why people are frustrated i do when you start thinking about that so then did they really want to write for him anyway did they really want to write for great capacity but uh i don't know we'll see we'll see about that and tomorrow's morning also i want to promote this as well i'm looking forward to uh talking with this girl she i feel is the it girl i think she is the it girl Allison gree she stars on the new nbc show community as Annie she's also on a and sees madmen make sure you guys check out that show those two shows they're great shows and i'm looking forward to speaking with her this Thursday morning i'm looking forward to having time in my life talking to her she's a great actress and i'm i'm i'm anxious i am extremely would know that i'm faking that and it would not be funny it would be annoyingly funny to a point where it's like i can't watch the video anymore so congrats to him i can't wait to find out what his next assignment is and what jimmy found has him doing on that show so we'll see we'll see what happens there so yeah check check that show out on monday make sure you check out that show on monday coming up with answers for that it just seems all natural but you know what i actually had to sit in my room for like maybe about a week and figure out exactly what i was going to say because i get long-winded i don't think i was able to keep my words in like 70 words or less but then again i do have a twitter so it should have been easier but it wasn't that easy as i thought it would because now i'm talking about myself i don't know if i like that i don't because really i don't have that much good things to say about myself i don't grow up myself like that like every you know i i i i like talking about everybody else but oh no i don't think i like talking about me it was very uh i think that should have been my other answer instead of how i was shy and everything i should have put i don't like talking about myself i don't like putting myself out there very very weird but it was all in fun it was all in good fun so i had a great time i had a blast doing that being on the other side of the coin for a change i think it was i think it was ingenious and i love the fact that they do that kind of stuff with with the host on on the network so i think it's i think it was pretty i have to admit that um i don't find the current characters unless they were the ones that are still there peter included on the show in the early 90s who did you play um you got your name the whole name i was i was only in three episodes but i was the head nurse of the new trauma unit okay i'm okay headline it was a lot of right away doctor oh okay i got you i got you we're gonna play we're gonna play this a couple of times in the show for all of you guys so here's the first time uh with the list on the line let's see if you can yes i'm not gonna tell you on there obviously because it's time to do then i'll give it away and that's not good but here it is i'll do my best oh the day base on November 7th it's always good to see fans to see how they react to their favorite couples and their favorite storylines and you know just to honor them and thank them for their loyalty we really get a kick out of being able to be there and hang out with you guys just learn on the graphs it's a are a lot of voices in there i mean when i did the initial playback i only heard the one i didn't even hear like the the whole thing until just now and i was like oh wait a minute there's more people in this yeah i couldn't i couldn't begin to hear it so tell me more about show i'm i'm new this is that i'm a first-time listener so um are you uh purely a days of our lives show i'm not a fan oh or what sorry i'm not a purely days of our lives show i'm oh goodness oh but she's on the other foot again uh i'm getting interviewed again that's great i like it um it is not just as strictly a days of our lives show it's uh it has a lot of soap star on it from each of the oh gosh how many is it now seven shows that are on the air this saddens me that i just basically just did seven shows on the air um seven shows on the air and uh we we range from anybody on any of those shows to come here on the show i haven't had any days people on them quite some time this will actually be my first one on in like seven months oh peters peters great i used to follow them up the show when i was young the the early days of bow and hope you're going you watch you watch since the eighties or you watch those days yeah since the since the beginning yeah and then uh when i was a professional actress i got to uh be on the show so that was quite a treat nice now are you just uh a bow a bow and hope fan or do you like anybody else on days or like or did you like anybody else on days i should have had yeah i mean i watched the show religiously up until about mid-90s and then i kind of lost track i had to admit but uh yeah um peter was actually a friend of mine at the time before i went on the show so he's a great guy wonderful wonderful and uh you know i'm i watched the show off the nonsense at that point and i never saw him on his first run so initially i thought robert helper kelly was the original bow because that's not what you're watching at all i had no idea peter record played that part originally i'm still later on when he came back to the show and i was like this isn't him then when i read up on like when i read more on the character and the actor i was like oh he was the original actor so i had done a lot of research on stuff that he's done on the show as bow back in the eighties and how bow and hope were like a huge thing back in the eighties it was huge it was nothing but the story of bow and hope and they you know they were yeah i mean that the storylines are just so good were you also a i have to ask were you also a patching cala fan even a wetland patching cala uh well i couldn't hear you but i was young and the refless was huge and what's the one that came after that um it was a spin off of young and the refless full and beautiful yeah yeah those are my three big ones yeah so when you watch back in the eighties were you a patching cala fan as well besides bow and hope oh yeah oh yeah oh yeah yeah big guy i think you should start watching it again though i i think you should i'm not i'm not saying that because i'm having a day's personal on the show at the moment but i i i'm being honest i think you should start watching it again it it's like some interesting stuff i think coming on um yeah no we have you know like oh go ahead i'm sorry no i was going to say we have like uh the character of maybe an allamine coming back on to the show and you know we have crystal shapelle back on it's carly yeah right yeah so we uh we're actually going to be uh it's going to be quite interesting but i'm going to put you back on over just a second we have our guest here fantastic and we'll bring you back on all right we are on the line now with mr peter racco from these ros are you sir couldn't be better nice nice to nice to speak with you again sir how long has it been oh my goodness sense uh Emmys oh way back then yeah way back then like what like a month and a half a day oh yeah god i'm i'm still raking in at a 110 degree weather and that's pretty much all i'm putting it yeah i'm button as we speak so how are you next how are you how is everything life is great can't complain so i i have to i have to put this out there i'm going to plug it again we got the i should be out there for this the day of day's event that things like on the feathers uh-huh of november at the universal city walk right from ten to five i believe it is okay i believe you what can what can people expect from that event i believe this is the second one i believe yeah you know see seeing the cast members one-on-one being able to say hey get pictures autographed and i ask questions and you know just show who show who you like best you know and say hi absolutely you know so what let's let's delve into this what's going on with bow right now we have the return of christopher's palace karly going on there and i believe bow is going to be involved in that and oh yeah what what can you say anything about what's going to happen on that front on that story well you know it's been a long time since bow and hope have had any difficulties with their relationship and um this one is kind of it's really interesting because um uh it's not the normal uh love triangle thing that that happens on on daytime soaps um having karly come back into the picture when you know their bow and karly's relationship was happened when uh hope wasn't even around we everybody thought she was dead so there's this this level of relationship or they were gonna get married and all this and so it you know she's a pretty substantial um presence coming into Salem and uh and bow and hopes life so it's gonna really stir things up but you know bow and hope are having some problems anyway and then uh having karly come into the picture really uh kind of heightens things did you would you also say that maybe the character of vivian will also be a part of it or oh absolutely haven't vivian who is Lawrence's aunt or something like that she she wants to you know karly killed Lawrence and so vivian wants would i i would assume wants to avenge his death so it's uh things are heating up here days of her life mm-hmm i'm liking it i'm liking it all right and i i definitely want to say again on your nomination congratulations again you know being finally recognized for your work on the show yeah uh how would you how would you say that bow have evolved over the years that you've played out it's kind of interesting i really don't pay attention that i just do what they give me but um with having um the character of karly come back we look back at some of the stuff that we did back and then i'm looking at myself back there i'm going okay he's an okay actor but whoa what is that look with that hair and i think it's uh you know it was the 80th yeah and uh bow bow grew up which is uh you know and and moved along with the times which is which is uh good thing i mean that's the who he is you know inside isn't changed he's always gonna say what he feels and you know no matter and love his family and priorities are never gonna change with bow but uh you know wearing a tie you know back then bow would never have uh imagined being you know a policeman much less wearing a jack and tie all the time right absolutely absolutely we actually have a uh caller for you i uh well lissa you're back on with pure echo describe yourself i'm on yes you are hey peter it's um no few member but it's Melissa smigly friend of jack x and linda oh hey how's it going it's going all right i had a yeah if you remember i had a three-day part way back then i crystal and i are trying to remember you know we're keep reminding each other well no this happened now that uh we we have to go back and look at what what actually happened it's hard to it was a long long time ago i have to tell you if any story um i i'm now an agent and um i'm a student for reporters trying to get television contracts uh news patients you will love this story so i was in a tough negotiation to not only re-ep a contract for one of these reporters on a major news station um but i was trying to get a substantial increase on the salary and the the head lawyer was like no no no and i live in washington dc now and so i went up to new york and i just popped my head into her office and it was the first they met face to face and so we started getting noticed she's like what so what did you do before this and i said well i was actually a professional actress from last day angelish it goes oh what'd you do and i said oh you know i was on days of our lives and that and a couple other stuff sisters and she was days of our lives you and days of our lives she goes did you record i said yeah it's kind of a bit of a friend of mine but yeah i worked with them on the show she goes oh my gosh she goes well what was the story line and i could not remember you must have the same like what was the story line in 1991 and i said i said if i can go back to my case find you know what episode it was and what was happening do you feel she goes oh you know see what you can do so i got home he took the tapes called her up and just went through the whole thing of everything that was going on she goes deal done she was spending somebody else's money huh Peter it was all because of you Peter all right well congratulations so you're doing well that's great you're doing well oh absolutely i mean the show is really doing doing awesome and you know myself i've got a daughter who's turning two here in a couple of weeks and that's wonderful yeah she's amazing and my wife is in the studio as we speak doing another album so life is just i mean actually if you go on youtube and plug in silver money silver money you'll see her last album it's kind of a hard rock thing she was doing when she was pregnant that's really strange because we put it on and you'll hear it's really rock and roll and and load in our daughter goes to sleep with that because yeah she was in mama's belly when when kelly was singing that stuff so it's just it's like her lullaby but the stuff she's in the studio now doing is uh more kind of armed beast the armed beast stuff so it's uh totally the second album this is like her fifth album wow yeah she's been busy fantastic and i'm here and i'm still here i just wanted to say hello and say uh you know congratulations in the years that work i mean you boys had a good uh like you said good character with uh um you know good uh characteristics family and love and honesty and yeah good for you i've been fortunate yep and uh congratulations to you too thank you nice talking to you yeah take care bye bye wonderful yeah one of the and one of the storylines that i was definitely enjoying by by yourself so from a few years ago when you were guys were dealing with the storyline of that step uh which i really feel you should have gotten the nod for i i just it just felt so it was so real it was so raw and did you have to when you do scenes like that is what i want to ask wouldn't you do scenes like that do you think of like anything in order to get into that moment or is it just like something that comes naturally i just yeah the the story itself is pretty powerful you really don't have to uh have to pretend to think or you know think about anything else when you're i i mean nowadays it would be probably it was difficult at the time but now that i have a child of my own i don't it would have been very very difficult to do that storyline um you know i'd go home and my wife was like whoa you're a little depressed today i was like yeah little heavy little heavy at work but uh yeah doing that kind of stuff is you know that's why i got into the business to um you know have feelings and yeah that was a very very it was very well written and a very powerful storyline which you was acting your acting your first love when you got into this business or whether something else that you wanted to do before you became an actor no i was just a kid growing up and i was very very fortunate to have a teacher you know so many of us just you know we're kids we don't know what to do and just going live in our lives and i was very fortunate to have a teacher who sort of uh grabbed my ear and said hey should we go to this and he thought i was talented and and actually just really pushed me and and controlled me and twisted my arm and was my cheerleader for quite you know like three or four years and finally i was like oh oh i guess i could do this and then i then i started working hard at it and uh you know i really got to give a lot of teachers and guidance counselors i mean parents quite often just i don't know don't have the time they know well like my parents they're very supportive but they didn't know from the stage or anything like that and uh and you know once i started in this direction they were like oh okay but when i first started i they were like uh what are you doing oh i'm gonna go do this gonna go do this play at school oh okay you know because i was a good athlete and that kind of thing and they thought that's what i'd be doing but i went in a different direction yeah one of the and one of the things that definitely interested me when i learned about you more as an actor when you got into this you were dyslexic yeah that's not something you grow out of where you think you i guess you learn how to uh to deal with learning disabilities and and uh actually in the end it turned out to be a benefit in what i do because um it was very difficult for me to memorize anything and um numbers i'm still just terrible you asked me what what's your zip code i don't uh you know um uh so i'm it was difficult for me to really hang on to information it had to be important to me to for me to remember it so for my lines i really had to study and study and study and make them important to me so eventually when i said them they were important to me so the audience felt something so it was actually kind of a benefit when it came to what i finally do for a living when i was in third grade and they asked me to stand up and read in front of everybody it wasn't a benefit but now that i'm adult an adult and uh can sort of control for the circumstances i'm in it's uh it's you know something i've learned to live with absolutely we had a we had a question coming from Matthew that's um what's from my email he was a huge fan of the single um serial killer storyline he loved this storyline uh he he still talked about that today's day he wanted he basically wanted to know how was it like doing that story and you had everybody killed off and then they wound up coming back yeah that was a that was a pretty strange thing we basically back then did what we did um whatever it was nine months ago here did a house cleaning on the show where we got rid of a bunch of actors and the audience was so upset about it that somebody i'm not sure who decided to bring everybody back so it wasn't just yeah it wasn't just one person going into the shower or dying and coming back by it was like it was like eight or ten people so it was uh it was a pretty strange time here at in Salem yeah it was and yeah all we kept saying was like probably what you all were saying was like i hope they don't get other jobs so they could come back alive and please that was the thing is nobody knew the actors who were fired didn't know that they were coming back it all sort of happened rather quickly and surprisingly right but it was a it was a fun storyline to watch it on the last time you know i'm glad of that yeah it was it was fun i think it was like the only story of the only storyline that fact i think it only felt i was able to be seen in theaters uh so i think it was a i think it was a it was a very interesting like you said very interesting uh time for the show but uh it was fun to watch and uh i think it was uh i think it was better all around that the characters were brought back but yeah yeah that's a general consensus aside aside from the day of day's uh appearance that you're going to be making is there any other appearance that you'll probably will be making there were well it's not an it's not an appearance but christian and i we just found out come in we just found out yesterday are going to do like a little guest spot on uh 30 i'm sorry i'm i'm at work right now sorry about that um are doing a guest spot on 30 rock and really yeah so that'll be cool i'm not sure what the episode is and when it's going to air but uh i don't know i'm sure the days of our lives uh website will uh we'll have all that information soon i really would like doing that show i could that well we're doing it tomorrow we're we're doing it tomorrow yeah we're typing it tomorrow so we'll we'll find out yeah all right yeah i'm looking forward to that i love that show yeah that it's it's such a smart show very well written so i'm looking forward to uh having having a little spot on that and i am
