Hi, I'm Crystal Chabelle from Guiding Light, and you are watching the brilliant Buzzworthy Radio. And welcome to a new edition of Buzzworthy. We are your host, Novell Jaylee and Matthew Preston. Well, number to call in, as always, is 646-595-4228. We have a brand new chat room that is up and running right now. Courtesy of blogtalkradio.com. It looks a lot better than what it was. I like the advancement of what it's given us here. So everybody just start rolling in there. We are going to bring on the man of the hour. The man of the 45 minutes. Let's put it that way. The man of 45 minutes. The man of 45 minutes. We'll go with that. Tom Palfrey is joining us right now for you, sir. Good, man. How you doing? I'm doing very well, man. Thanks for coming back on the show here. Yeah, absolutely. Have you bet, everything's good? Everything's great. I can't complain. I have no complaints whatsoever. How things are treating you over there on the West Coast? Oh, no, brother. Back on the East Coast. You're back on the East Coast, and you're calling in. It's 10 o'clock. It's late. We're watching American Idol. See who won? I don't even know. I have the TV on mute. My co-host is our partner in crime is here. Our partner in crime is here, Matthew Presence. Hey, hello to Matt for me for a minute here. What's up, man? How you doing? Hey, what's going on, man? It's always an honor to have you come back on our show. Thanks for having me, guys. Thank you. No problem. I hear you say you're watching American Idol. Who's watching American Idol? I'm not watching American Idol. Thank you. Tom, you're my best friend. Thank you. You're welcome. You're now back here. You're now back on fishing out. Guiding like with a nice little return playing Jonathan. I got to ask, what are we expecting with your return here? Well, I have to tell you, I have no idea. I don't actually start filming with them for, I guess, another month. So I'm still completely in the dark. Really? Yeah, yeah. I just got back east a few days ago, actually. I drove cross country and I'm here. Yeah, I don't start with them until the end of June. I'm in the dark. Well, as are we. There are some guesses, though. Oh, yeah. What are people saying? I have no idea. Well, I do see on the next board people are trying to guess, and they think that, you know, Jonathan's going to go after Phil up again, and all this stuff. And yeah, now the Phil's back. It has something to do with the Phil, Phil up in Jonathan's reunion. That would probably make sense, right? Yeah. What do you think you know? What were your guesses? What were you feeling? I figured it would have something to do with Phil. I don't know. Just because Grant's back now, and I know that that's, I think that's kind of a big character for them, Phil. I don't know. I haven't been watching, but I was thinking that, and I was kind of hoping that, too. Just because when I first started working there, Grant and I overlapped by, like, a month maybe, and I never got to work with them, and barely even got to say hi to them. So I was hoping that they put us in the storyline together, you know, just when I come back. Yeah. And unfortunately, all the fans know this. That guiding light, CVS has decided to turn off the light. Where were you when you got the news? I was in LA. I was asleep, I guess. I think I was asleep because when I woke up, I had a few text messages on my phone. No, as a matter of fact, the first person who told me, somehow it seems like he found out a day before everyone else started calling the text to me. But my friend's uncle called me. I remember because I was flying back to LA, and the plane landed, and I turned my phone on, and I had texts from my friend's uncle, and it said that, sorry to hear about the show or something like that. And I was like, what the hell is he talking about? And then the next morning, I had a bunch of texts and phone calls saying, you know, that the show had been cancelled. Wow. How do you feel about it? I mean, what can you tell in your mind? Oh, man, it makes me sad. You like to think that there are certain things that are above the cut. You like to think that not everything gets affected the same way or, well, certainly everything I guess does get affected the same way when the economy is dead. But you would hope that someone would just see the value in keeping the show on and maybe take a hit for a minute and just keep it going. Just because it's the oldest one, it's the longest one in it. But, you know, so that makes me sad. I was kind of surprised, but I don't know. I talked to a lot of people over at the studio that they had called over, and everyone was saying the same thing, basically. They were like, you know, we kind of knew that this might be coming, but it doesn't matter. Even if, you know, as soon as we actually found out that we were saying, it felt like they got, you know, punched in the stomach. And just guiding light itself aside, it makes me sad that a lot of my friends now, you know, what's everything's up in the air as far as jobs and employment and blah, blah, blah, blah. I'm sure everyone will be fine. But, you know, that's the first real thought I have, I guess. Right. It was shocking to see that. Like you said, it's like the longest running show on, it's been on the air, and, you know, irony was, it was announced on April Fool's Day. That's the irony of the whole thing. All these. It's hard. It's hard just to see that, and just to even hear about it. But, you know, hopefully they're going to, you know, they're going to go out with a bang. I mean, it does get picked up in any outlet. Don't, don't misconstrue me all you people that are listening. Don't misconstrue me all you people that are listening. Don't misconstrue me all you people that are listening. Don't misconstrue me all you people that are listening. Don't misconstrue me all you people that are listening. I would love to see it go out in the bang, but I would like to see it picked up, but I'd also like to see it go out with Fool's Day. So, that's what I want to point out there. Wait, I'm saying that I don't want it, like, dead and gone, then I don't want that to be out there. So, but there is something I actually did want to ask you, because it was something that people were talking about for a little while. And I just thought that this was happening. Rumors were circulating, like, everywhere. And you were going to be going to general hospital, playing Sonny's, Sonny's kid. How in the hell did that rumor get started? Well, it was a, it was a, uh, Fool's had this, this impossibility for a minute there. So, it wasn't, uh, it wasn't a complete, uh, I guess just lie or whatever. But, uh, just didn't, just things didn't work out with, I mean, and everything else. And, uh, like I said, it was, it was a very preliminary possibility, discussion kind of thing. And, uh, so, yeah, so obviously that, that won't come to be, but, um, but, yeah, it does answer your question. Yeah, yeah, it does. So, there's actually another rumor that I just found out on, on a Facebook post. I don't know, this is true or not. I love what we're playing, like, the true or not game here. Um, is it true that another, I think it's general hospital store, Bradford Anderson, is your landlord? And, uh, he was. Yeah, he was when I lived in, uh, LA, absolutely. What does he like for the landlord? We've had him on the show, so where is he like in the landlord? He's fantastic, God bless him. I mean, I, he's a, he's a fantastic guy. And he's a great landlord, very laid back because I'm a bit, uh, I'm a bit of a handful. I feel like usually when, whenever I've rented a place in the past, uh, by the time I leave, my landlord and I don't exactly speak anymore. So, Bradford was, um, he let me get, uh, get a dog and put up a fence and, you know, he's always having me over and we were always hanging out and just, uh, sweet guy, sweet guy. Good friend now, so glad, glad that I lived there. We, uh, we made the connection through Sarah Brown, actually. She, uh, asked her for help because she was really one of the only people I knew when I first got to LA and she said, well, there's a guy I work with that just bought a property and, uh, you know, he's got, he's got a place to rent. You should meet him and I met him and decided right then and there that I would, uh, live there. Is he, is he really, is he really that hyper? Is he really that hyper? Oh, no, I would, I would, uh, no, I would have had to sedate him with high quantities of alcohol if that was the case. No, it's, uh, no, don't do that. That actually makes his hyperness worse. Is that right? Yeah, it does. I mean, I would have had to smack him around the apartment then, I don't know. I've seen it in my movie. He's actually a very, very chill guy. Um, very chill guy. I'm gonna, I'm gonna miss him. He's one of the things I'm gonna miss the most about LA because, uh, we got, we got to be pretty, pretty close friends and I'm a huge fan. Are you guys going to work together? Are we going to be a collaboration here? Are we going to do a collaboration where? Sorry, are you going to do anything like, I don't know, because we've seen, we definitely see some sub-stars who are friends, uh, make web shows. Are there, is there any, any collaboration ideas you can come up with with breakfast? Uh, we'm sure, I never really thought about, did you say web-isodes? Yeah, like, who was it? Um, Eden Reigel and Elizabeth Henderson, they made like a web show because they're good friends, you know? Maybe he's, maybe that's what you guys should do. You guys should make like a web show. Oh my god, have funny with that, B. It would be funny, and a lot of fun. Yeah, you know, we're literally the odd couple too, so there'd be plenty of, uh, plenty of, uh, plenty of drama to hit into, I guess. Yeah, no, we haven't, we haven't thought about anything like that, but, uh, you know, who knows? Who knows? You never know? Cool? Yeah. You never know, and you know what I do know, I do know, I have collars on the phone. That's what I know. I'm going to take one right now on, uh, you know, I'm bad with geography as was noted on Monday where I picked up a collar from North Hampshire, and there is no North Hampshire. But, uh, I knew it. Yeah, I'm bad with that, but I'm going to guess these collars from Mississippi, 601. Yes, yes, my name is Juliet. How you doing Juliet? Hey, I'm fine, how are you? Good. Good, um, I wanted to tell you how much I've enjoyed your performances over the years on "Godding Light" and CBS and, uh, also tell you that because I'm from the Deep South, I don't think I'm ever going to get to New York to the Apothecary Theatre, and I wish I could. But, um, I was wondering if you have any plans in the future or you would be interested in the future in doing any Shakespeare? Nice. Oh, yeah. Yeah, of course. That's something I haven't done in a long time. I love Shakespeare. That would take some boot camp for me, though, to get back into that mode. But, yeah, of course, I was supposed to do that. Um, I teach Hamlet every year, and we have the Old Mill Gibson version, and every time I watch it, I think that should be Tom Pelfrey in a remake of Hamlet. I'm glad that you would say that. I love that version a lot better than the Kenneth Brono one. Oh, I do too. But, you know, I think that you would be great in any of the remakes of the classics. Wuthering Heights. Uh, that's my favorite book. I love that book, yeah. I love it. It's my favorite, too. Um, but I also want to tell you on a personal note that, um, you've made a really big difference to my own. You've made a big difference to my life that, um, you've made a positive impact on me. My daughter was born in '03 with a profound hearing loss, and it was a big loss for me, and I grieved pretty hard for about a year, and you came on in the spring of '04. And, uh, it was just, I was in one of those places where I couldn't really get outside of my worry and anxiety, and, you know, I had watched G.L. since I was a teenager. And it, um, you know, I was just kind of half-heartedly watching it, but then J.B. came home. And with all of his antics, it kind of caught my attention, but I was like, "No, this kid's annoying." And then after a while, you know, my jaw would drop and shock, and then I would just start, uh, chuckling, and then, you know, over the months, I would just be rolling on the floor howling with laughter, because I don't think you really get enough credit for being this funny guy that you are, and Jonathan was hilarious to me. And so it really just kind of, um, brought me, really helped me get out of that place that I was in worrying about my daughter. And, um, I mean, it was really, I just want to thank you for putting your heart and soul into your performance as the way that you did. In a way that you always do that with everything. Well, I don't know exactly what to say. How's your daughter doing? She's great. Um, it's amazing. God answers so many prayers. But she has one hearing aid in her good ear. She's profoundly deaf in her right ear, moderate to severely deaf in her left ear, and we've only aided the good ear. And she's speaking perfectly. She's been evaluated for speech therapy several years in a row and has never required it. She's doing great. And so it's just been a miracle, but the real miracle was really getting outside of that fear when I started to see that she was doing great. And, you know, it kind of, it was a real loss, almost like a death. You know, a loss of a dream, I guess, that you had that your child would have an easy life. But, um, like I said, you played a really big role in that and just getting kind of getting my mind out of that anxiety and everything for an hour a day. And then over time, you know, it just, everything's great. I just wish you'll see you. That's all. Well, thanks. Thank you for sharing that. And, uh, I'm glad to hear that your daughter's well and maybe we'll get her doing Shakespeare someday, right? Yeah, I would love that. I mean, she could, she could totally do it. Literally, absolutely she can't. There you go. It's honestly stories like this, which is why I wish that CBS would reconsider their decision and just, this is why there's, to show us touch so many people's lives. So I thank you so much for calling in and telling us your story. Thank you, Tom. Love you. Thank you. Good night. Bye-bye. Bye. Wow. Wow. I'm practically tearing up over here. And I got, I got a question actually from the chat room from, uh, from Brandy. Uh-huh. Yeah, yeah, I have a feeling you know her. She wants to know if you're going to the softball game this year. Oh, when's the softball game? When is the softball game? I don't know. I think Brandy knows. Brandy probably knows. Oh, of course you are. Actually, you guys know. The problem is I love, I love, I would love to go, but nobody tells me these things. Brandy, when is the softball game? June 6th. Thank you. She's on the end with us right now. That's where I'm getting a little voice from. How are you doing, Brandy? I'm good. How are you doing, hon? Good. Good. Actually, the truth is I have a wedding that day, June 6th. You too. My friend has a wedding to go to that day too. Damn it. Maybe it's the same wedding on June 6th. I don't know. That'd be scary. Yeah. Well, that's a good sign then. Maybe, uh, if everyone's in marriage and six of me, it's a good day to get married. Maybe? Well, friends are like, "Wow, Tom, that was the sound." [laughter] Well, I tried, you know, some people wanted to know. I was like, so, but I'd ask. Yeah, no. I would love to go and play, but June 6th is, I know, that I do definitely have a wedding that I have to go to. So, I will not be there. Sorry. Are you going to make many people cry while I'm kidding? [laughter] I love you, Tom. You know I do. I love you too, sweet. I was going to say, and I want, you know, a lot of people in the chat room were disagreeing, but I want Jonathan to give Lizzie her daughter back. Wow. Yeah. Yeah. I want she needs to be a mom. She needs to learn how to be a mom. Jonathan, you can give her a daughter back. I think she's unfit mother. [laughter] Give her, give her a shit. Well, see, she doesn't even give her a chance. Yeah, well, you know, that's all, like, making an educated guess. [laughter] You know, since Martha's pregnant, Jonathan's come back to town to impregnate her again. [laughter] I haven't seen God in light, like, in like a month. What has been going on? I've missed, because I've been working in socks. I should be watching on CBS.com. I've been bad. What has been going on? What has been missing? All this good stuff right here. Yeah, go ahead. You went to Orlando? Orlando? Like, what's wrong with that? Okay. They got engaged. Oh, Edwin was just killed. What? So they're going through a whole martyr mystery thingy of who killed Edmund. Oh, my God. Oh, yeah, when he found his body. Oh, my God. Wow. Oh, yeah, that's so good. Maybe, you know what, maybe that's what Jonathan is coming back to town. [laughter] What if he did that would be awesome? Yeah. Hey, then he has to go to jail again. [laughter] Again, bring up the old jail. That's how the show ends. That's how the show ends. That's how the show ends is Jonathan and Joe. [laughter] It just fades with black, where we just see Jonathan and Joe and that's it. That's how it'll roll out. That's how it should read about flashbacks. No, Rita and Josh flashbacks. Just Jonathan goes to jail in the end. [laughter] Ed Beagle, Jonathan and Joe and Alan, right? His butt bumps me. That would be better. Anyway, Ron Reigns lives in that jail cell cell cell. [laughter] That's his butt and butt right there. As long as you're not wearing those purple, those purple sweats that he wears when he jog. [laughter] That's funny. That's dad. [laughter] Oh, that's funny as hell. [laughter] [laughter] You have to go now. [laughter] Andy, you're causing trouble. [laughter] I always go to trouble. I noticed. As Driscoll, he won't tell you. Brainy always causes trouble. Oh, I'm sorry. Don't start that one. You know, I still haven't read my in touch magazine yet. [laughter] Hmm. What's that about? No in touch yet. We'll leave it at that. We'll leave it at that. No more. [laughter] I'm curious now. Jonathan, he read in touch magazine. He was reading it in the grocery store. Oh, you're making fun of him big time. We're like, why? Somebody has to. Yeah, well, all magazines to read, why are you going to pick out to announce? [laughter] Right. [laughter] But that's because he was saying, because we were joking about the softball game and how there was going to be a rumble. I would be in the middle of it and he was picturing it. The hair pulling and everything. Just like in touch magazine. Okay. Now it's all clear. Oh, it's all coming back. [laughter] All right. I guess I'll let other people get through before people get mad at me like some often do. I'm sorry. [laughter] All right. All right. But yeah, I hope to see you again sometime when I'm out in New York or whatever. Yeah, yeah. We're going to do another apothecary thing this October. They're going to do another lunch in New York, so we're going to organize other events. That's pretty cool. I should totally join you guys. I'm moving up to New York in August. Oh, you could definitely come. Yeah, you have to come. Yeah, because I will definitely be there. I don't have to take it to the lunch in because it was sold out before that. I don't know. I'll lunch in without Brandy. I don't know. Is it already sold out? Already sold out? Yes. It's sold out. I guess they got a smaller room or something like that because all the bigger rooms were booked for October. But this is what I heard. That's what I had heard. So they got a smaller room, which I was very disappointed about because it's sold out real quick because it's, you know, it might be the last one. Well, I'll tell you what, and you come and there will be a seat for you at the apothecary event. We'll make sure we get a big enough space. Okay. Thank you, Peter. I'll be right up front again. Perfect. It's already talked to you again. Bye, sweetie. Bye. Bye, guys. Bye, Brandy. Hi, Brandy. Those Liz Brothers are so cool. We love having them on the show. I've been having talk in the live. Yeah. It's been a while. Yeah. Another one of the girls that you know I think, before I bring Candace on for a second, Joanne from Stardish says hello. Oh, tell us tonight. Joanne, he says hello. She's in the chat room listening, so I think she heard you. But what's up, Joanne? She said hi. And I got an email from, oh my God, Hargy. Did I say that right? Hargy, the Minnesota peep. The Minnesota what? The Minnesota peep. Sue Hargis is her name. Oh, yes. Sue. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And she sent me an email saying the peeps are thinking of you and cannot wait for your return to the dining light. And he wishes she could be here, but she has to be up at 3 a.m. to milk the cows in the morning. Well, that's something I wouldn't know anything about. But, yeah, all right, get those cows. Please, please, please, for me. And then another shout out goes to Shawna from Texas. She said, she said what's up. Oh, yeah, that's my girl. Are there any other shout outs? Not as far as I know, but I think I got them covered. So, I think so. It's not, and I suck. But, all right, Candice, you're on the line right now. What's up? Hey, guys. Hey, Candice. Hey, Tommy. Hey, sweetheart. Trouble. I'm too right here. That's pretty bad. That's how he knows me. I'm not trouble. I'm not angel. Oh, yeah. Well, that's the first thing out of the mouth of anybody who's trouble, isn't it? Um, I wouldn't know that. And it's until proven guilty. And, you know, I haven't done anything. So, how's it going? How's everything? It's going great. It's going great. I'm happy about to start working on a one-man show. And I'm your company that is run by a guy who was a grad student when I was in college. So, I'm going to do that. And that, right, will take me right up to start and work on guiding lights. So, it's good. I'm keeping busy. There you go. And yes, I'm coming to the luncheon. Excellent. Excellent. Yeah. I got to take it. I'm going in. This luncheon thing sounds like a lot of fun. I'm telling you. It's like, I think the luncheon is like a freaking wild college party. Somehow it takes a wrong turn. Yeah, it always seems to take a detour, doesn't it? Yeah. And then all of a sudden, next thing you know, you're drunk. Wow. Yeah. I love it. That's my kind of party. Yeah. Yeah. It was a good weekend. And Tom, I just want to let you know I'm a crush that you can't go to the softball game. I will be singing about you every time. CBS. Oh, I'm dying to play softball too. I'm dying to play softball too. I do have a wedding that I would love to have gone. I know, but it's okay. I'll be okay. I'll be fine. Alright, sweetie. I will seriously just be thinking about you. And then be like, oh, Tom could have been doing this. Oh, Tom could be doing that. And then I'll take a margarita in your honor. Fair one. Fair one. Yeah. See, I'm going to shoot, Tom. You know that. I'm going to shoot too. Yeah. I'm going to shoot out there not to a brown shore. Yeah, absolutely. And you and John could fight over me. Oh, I'm joking. I'm pretty like in a chat room or something. She's like, oh, well, why did she say that? But that's just me. So you have to say, hey, and what's up? And all that good stuff. Yeah. Yeah. Good to hear from you. I'll definitely see you in October and have fun at the softball game. I'll try. This is going to be hard. Try. All right, you guys. I'm going to let all the colors color through. And you guys have a good night. Thank you so much for calling in. No problem. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. She is another Spitfire, too. Oh, yeah. Fantastic. Tom, let me ask you, since we bring up the subject of weddings, what is it like being an actor who has done a soap opera wedding, especially since I think there's always been a few that you've done, is it actually going to a real wedding? Do you ever pick yourself like, oh, my God. Somebody's going to break into this chapel and just, you know, do some crazy stuff. What did you talk about? Yeah, the real weddings are not quite as exciting as the ones I'm so familiar with. They are not. Yeah, you do have visions of that. If I'm ever at a wedding and I see Ron Reigns in the back row, I'm going to know the duck. Are you fun? Yeah, no. You can't top the stuff wedding with the, uh, for the hijinks, then we can't. True. No, are you, uh, you're typing the bill. You do chat. I think as normal. You're in the new chat room. I know you are. We can hear it. I'm man in the chat room. They all that from them right now because they're thinking I'm not asking their questions. But all right, let's get your questions. Where do they want to know? They want to know if, um, is there any jammy possibilities in the mix of you coming back? I mean, you already know nothing. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I, I, I know absolutely nothing. I don't know. I guess it's, I guess it's, uh, I guess it's possible. I, I guess on, on the soap kind of anything possible, but I don't know and. Yeah. I have no idea. Yeah. And that's true. They really can't be a jammy reunion. It's definitely a good chance going to all my children. Ooh. That would be kind of hard. Just a little bit. That would be hard. I heard about that the other day. Just a little bit. And, and the teen also wants to know if you're going to be singing at Bradley's concert. Oh, why not? Why not, right? Yeah. I'm always, I'm always the weakest link up this, but I have fun. So I, I'm sure why not. If Bradley, if Bradley wants me back again, I'll certainly do it. Absolutely. Don't put it now. Go ahead. The best time to do that stuff too is when you have a few. But of the liquor in you. I love all this shit, but it's been like nothing about like drunk talk and it's awesome. Drunk talk and soap weddings. Drunk talk and soap weddings indeed. Absolutely. And I think, I think Scott's on the phone. Is this, is this Mr. Scott Edwards? Well, you have to say my last name, Navell. I know I just have to, but I decided, you know, you decide to email me about North Hampshire, but that's okay. Well, that was, that was another interview with John Driscoll. You said it. No, no, I got him talking about the Boner episode with Caitlin. Yes, you did. You did. Sorry. But my question was actually to Tom, Kim Zimmer I think is so amazing. And what is your favorite episode memory of working with her so far? Wow. There's a lot of good ones. The, oh, there's so many. I guess, I guess just for the amount of laughing and fun we had. My, one of my favorite ones to film was when, when Riva was getting over the cancer and she was on marijuana, she was smoking. Right. Okay, remember that? Yeah, I do. Yeah, that was, that was the one on the film. There was, there was one random one where I don't remember exactly what it was. I think it was towards the end of, of me being on the show, but it was something like, maybe it was me telling her that I was going to, something with Tammy. I don't remember exactly, but it, it just seems in a hotel room somewhere. There's three speeches that came in and I was going to tell Kim Zimmer, he's excited about it, but like also Tom, I was just like, unlike a, much better, like a sugar high that day or something. I was just bouncing off the walls and we filmed the scenes and I was just doing everything. I mean, I was pulling out every face in the book and just doing impressions, just doing everything to make her laugh. I had to keep stopping us because she couldn't stop laughing and then I couldn't stop laughing. I finally got through this. Do you think, you know what I'm talking about? No, I do, I do. Yeah, so we got down and she was like, "Oh my God, did you just do every impression you know? What, what?" She was laughing so hard, she had tears coming out of her eyes. That was probably the most fun one. I just don't remember exactly when the hell that happened, but yeah, I mean we both, they, the crew was laughing too because it was just one of those atmospheres where all of a sudden everybody gets giggling and we finally got through it though. I'm sure the director was pleased. Yeah, actually I believe Ellen was directing that day. Ellen Wheeler, our executive producer. Exactly. Yeah. I think she was all right with it. Thanks for that. Yeah, yeah, no, my favorite, my favorite one was like overall just as an actor was, was one of the first things when, when I tell her, you know, when I was first on the show and I come in the living room and tell her that I'm her, I'm her kid, I mean I just remember showing up and doing that scene and I think that's where our, where our kind of, our real bond started I think up at that point. She didn't really know, she wasn't sure about me and we did those scenes and it felt like, it felt like, you know, it just felt like the best stuff you do in, in school and, you know, and, and Kim talked after which is like, that just felt like we were on stage together and it was, I'll never forget those stuff. That would probably be my favorite that I from the last one. I remember that thing because you guys had such great chemistry too. Yeah, yeah, yeah and we're, I think we're similar, similar actors in the way we just kind of let it fly and I was very lucky to have her be, you know, just to come in and to come in on that part and play a lot of the scenes with her because somebody like Kim just makes you better, you know, so, yeah. Alright cool, thanks for answering that. Absolutely. Thanks so much. Thank you guys, thank you so much for calling in. Sure. Thanks, Gary. Thank you. Pretty cool. Yeah, that was, that was definitely some good stuff when you first came on to the show and it just, it definitely escalated. My favorite thing about Jonathan, I did mention this glass on Euron, was that Jonathan freakouts, cross your fingers that we get to see at least one or two more Jonathan freakouts before the show ends. That's my, yeah. Freak out. Yeah, yeah. No, pick up a card and just like, I don't know, throw it, throw it at somebody. I don't know. Do something crazy. Punch an old lady, I don't know. I'm hoping to, man, that was a fun, that was a fun film. So I will see, I'm sure there will be something in there. I'm sure we'll get something. Maybe me and Grant can go at it for a while. Yeah. That's a perfect segue into the question I got from a wacky dreamer. Since you don't know what's coming up for your character on the show, what would you like to have happen for him? What would you want to see Jonathan doing back in Springfield? I feel like I'm going to disadvantage on answering this because I don't know exactly what's going on. I feel like my answer would be a little better if I knew what exactly was going on with the show. But I hope for, just in general, just more stuff with Kim, obviously, and bring that relationship. What's the deal with Reeve and Josh right now? No, no, no, no. Is she married to Jeffrey? There, Jeffrey and Reeve are together, yes. Yes, they are. That's the situation right now. She's married to Jeffrey and Josh is still in the way. And Kim has never said herself, if this goes out, Josh and me, this should be together. That's pretty much it. You know, the casting's gone correct. She's been off the show. Yes. Yeah, yeah, I just wanted to update you with that, so I wasn't sure if you knew about that. I don't know. Yeah, I'd love to see also is Philip being a monster to Lizzie, or is he being good? What would you say? No. He's more of how Philip used to be. It's a little progression, but it's definitely not as crazy as when Grant first initially left the show and how they wrote the character. So, it's now at a point where he's like making amends with everybody that he's hurt and down. Okay. Okay. Yeah. Even his father, right? The last time I saw him, he was almost about to push him over a cliff at Orlando, Florida, at Universal Studios. Wow. Yeah, you're pretty much right. Because his son asked him to do it. His new son, who's come back to town, asked him to do it. What a show, seriously. Yeah, I love it. I love it. That's what you're coming back to. Just to let you know that's what you're coming back to. Good. I like it messy. I like it messy. And the next question that came from the room was emotional scenes. How do you play emotional scenes? Do you think there's something that sends you into a dark place? Good question. And I didn't add this part. They did. Or do you pluck your hairs off your legs with tweezers? And that makes you go into a dark place. I guess every scene is a little bit different. But now I've never plucked my hairs off of my legs to get me to go anywhere. Yeah, I mean, it's a combination of sometimes you've got to just bring it from yourself. But then sometimes you work on the show for so long that just inherently what's happening in the storyline is it starts to affect you outside of thinking about or having to work on it. Like, for instance, being there for two and a half years and then reading all the stuff where Tammy was going to die. I was kind of brought to life just reading that stuff because of knowing that it was going to be over soon and all these people and just knowing. You know what I mean? It became such a part of me that just what they were writing was affecting me and that was enough to work with. So everything's a little different. It was definitely a beautiful enough thing to earn you. That data, I mean, word. I mean, you totally deserve it. Yeah. I agree. I agree. Yeah. Seriously. I'm calling from Florida. You're on the line right now. What's going on? How are you? Good. Hello. Hey. What's up? How are you? Good. What's up, guys? No, I'm not. What's going on with you, Georgia? Nothing. I just got done watching Idol. Really? Who won? Can you tell us about my care? Chris Allen. Chris Allen, thank God. Hilarious. That's God. Nothing wants to show. Wow. Everyone thought Adam was going to get this. They rigged it. And the only reason he didn't win is because you know he's not going to be able to stay in the Idol contract. So that's probably why he lost. And even Chris got up there and he's like, "Uh... Okay. It was funny." Yeah. So. I just called in to show my love for Tom Calfrey because I love him. (laughter) Huge fan. Huge fan. One day. One day. I will get to meet you. One day. And Brandy. Stupid Brandy tells me, "Oh, I love Tom." And I'm like, "Shut up. I've never met him before." (laughter) You see other little cat fights? There are real cat fights. Not soap opera cat fights. Real thing. Real cat fights going over for you, man. I'm jealous. (laughter) I'm jealous. I'm serious. I've met every person I've wanted to meet. I've met except you, Tony, Gary, and Joshua Jackson. And that's it. That's the top three. And then I've done. And I've met everybody who's always wanted to meet. Well, maybe Chris Maloney. But other than that, I don't want to meet anybody else. But I'm always, yeah. I'm a big, huge, and I loved, you know, I call last time when you're on Star dish. Big fan. I love you when you're on "Guying Light." Jonathan. Oh my gosh. And Tammy. The best ever. I wish that you could go back and play that would be fabulous and be back on the show. But then I'd have to watch. So maybe that's a bad idea. Yeah, because then I'd have to get back sucked into the soaps again. And I divorced them for the time being. So I'm content with the divorce. So you're content with the divorce and a couple of divorce. I'm telling you, it's hard to stop watching the soap. It's like an addiction, like, crack cocaine. So I've been divorced now for six months and I'm happy. I haven't watched any soaps. Well, I haven't watched any soaps in a year, but physically, like, not seeing any of them and stuff, it's been, like, six months or so. But that's it. I see a couple here and there, ones that I'm friends with. But for the most part, I don't see them anymore and I don't go to events. But if you had an event, I'd pay to go see you any day, just so you know. So come and see me in Florida. That'd be fabulous. Oh, all right, I'll keep that in mind. That's the possibility. It's very funny the way you talk about it, though. You said why. Okay, you know he's coming back on to the show. So are you going to start tuning in just maybe a little bit? Is he really for real? Well, yeah, he's coming back to what we have on the air. Yeah. Why did it listen to normal interviews? I'm just going to get married to Michael. Are you kidding? He's coming back to the show. He's coming back to the show. Yeah, we're there. When I said I divorced the sofis, I said I divorced them. I don't pay attention to anything. So I wouldn't know. Wow. So if you told me some things, then I'd be like, oh, okay, whatever. No, you're an Asian knowledge. Yeah. Yeah. Man, don't make me look bad. Don't make me look bad. Anyways, I just called to show my blog. I hope you start acting again or get on prime time. That'd be cool. Yeah, sure. That'd be cool with me too. Law and order sounds good. Maybe doctors, Grey's Anatomy, some honor options. Do you like that? Dream day, baby. Dream day. Oh, you have to. Are you kidding? Seriously. There it is. A huge fan. I'm going to be done talking now because I made a fool myself. I'm quite delirious because I've been waiting for like-- No, you're good. Georgia, you're awesome. No, I've been awake for three weeks straight, but I'm a huge fan and I just want to call you a huge fan. And I hope to see you sometimes soon on the TV, preferably, and it's not in person, so I can meet you and tell you how much I adore you in person. That's all. Oh, sweetheart. Thank you. Thanks for calling. Do you know that Godly lights getting canceled? Do you know that? Oh, my God. I know that. Okay. Cool. It's making sure. I'm making sure. All right. Looking out, please. Thanks. Bye, guys. Talk to you later. Bye. Bye, Georgia. I'm certainly going to get a Facebook, a wall Facebook, something's going to happen on Facebook with her. This is going in my status report. You do realize this, right? I'm going to get talked to you off of the show. I know it. I still think it happened. No, we love Georgia. It's awesome. That was too funny. The way she spoke about it, I almost felt like the soap actually manifested into a person that she was divorced from. It was so specific and kind of just honest. I was like, wow, that's very funny. That is terrible. They're making fun of me now saying that. Make sure you tell her that Gus died and the show. And that Harley is now gone off the show. Hey, I didn't say it. Okay. I'm not. That's not me. I'm pulling me out of that. That is too funny. Too funny. Let's take this next one. I have no idea what area because this is from, but 631 on the line. Hello. Hi. Hi. How are you? We're good. How are you? I'm okay. I just wanted to know. Obviously with Jonathan coming back to the show, I would guess Sarah's coming back. Are they going to age her or is it going to be the same baby? This has no idea. I have no idea. I'm in the dark on all things. Wow. Well, I look forward to seeing you back on the show anyway. Oh, thank you. Thank you. Yeah. I mean, I guess it would make sense to just use kids because the time lapse should be appropriate, right? But you never know. They don't always do that. Sometimes they come back in their teenagers. So who the hell knows? That's true. That's true. But anyway, all right. Well, we're forward to seeing you. When is the show going to start airing with your episodes? I don't know when it's airing, but I know I start filming in the end of June. Okay. All right. Well, good luck. Thank you. All right, Tom. Take care. Bye. Bye-bye. Awesome. Thank you for coming. Awesome. Cool. And we got this color from K-Hats. I call it K-Hats, right? K-Hats, you're on the phone. How are you? Hello. Is this me? That is you. It's me. I didn't know to get only this time. Hey, Tom. This is Judith. Shana's mom. You know, your Johnny Cash girl. Yeah. Yeah. How you doing? I'm doing fine. How are you? Good. Good. I just missed part of this. Yes, it's me again. I talked to John the other night. Yes, you did. You did. I did. John and Tom are my two guys. They are precious. We got pictures of them on the wall. And we shot them and I love them to pieces. Well, you said that. Since you said that. Is there any embarrassing stories about this kid that we don't know about? About Tom? Yes. I think he's swimming in secret to the old man. Yeah, I can tell you. I could tell you a few things, but I won't. I hope to keep telling you. All right. No one's listening to the show. No one's listening. No one's listening. No one's listening. No one's listening. You can tell it. No one's listening. No one's listening. No one's listening. Because last time he came on the show, it was like the highest rated show we ever had. No one listens. Oh, listen. Tom is precious. We saw him in North Carolina when he was just beginning on the program when he was. Oh, well, can I tell him what you kind of cost him you put on there at the ballgame? Oh, yeah. Oh, man. That was awesome. He did one of those similar wrestler things, you know, where they put the gigantic balloon costume on. It looked like the Michelin man. This was at a minor league baseball game out in North Carolina. And we got pictures of him in that gigantic, funny, ridiculous costume that he was pretty wild at them. Tom, are you in New York now? Yeah. And Jersey. You're moving back. Back east. Yep. Well gosh. John, just as we moved to Texas, you moved back. We were closer. Now, Tom is the freshest person. And I tell you, missing him on the show. I don't know if you remember. I said we always wave at John. We wave at Tom too. And I feel like they're such sweet friends that they somehow don't know we're waving at them, but we've seen them at the luncheon several, well, for five years and look forward to seeing them every year because they're really just really wonderful, wonderful guys. And I wouldn't tell any bad stories about either of them. But we got to spend a little extra time with him in some of the afternoon masterfare after their luncheon, and he said they're wonderful actors. I keep waiting for Tom to get that part because I'm expecting him to have an Academy Award one day, and I'm still thinking positive about it. He will. Wow. I do. Well, he's got two Emmys. He needs to move on up. And the world needs that laugh now. It just makes you laugh when you hear it and it just makes such joy come across you. And he's just like that. I used to think it was maniacal when he first did. I was like, I really thought that laugh was maniacal when I first turned around. I'm like, damn. Well, when he first came on the program, yeah, it could have been considered that. That's true. He was. I mean, he was. It was genuine and real, and he laughed that way in real life, too. And it's just precious. And I know it anywhere. He's a wonderful, wonderful actor. And I know there's so much more in him that we're going to see in the future. And we wish you every possible blessing, Tom. Thank you so much. Thank you. And you just lightened up the screen. Well, we totally agree with you, too. I don't know who else you got coming on, but these are my two guys that I would chase down to talk to him. So, I don't think I'll become a regular unless you keep up with him. Now, Robert Bogue, if you get him on, I'll be calling back again. I don't think I'll become a regular unless you keep up with him. Now, Robert Bogue, if you get him on, I'll be calling back again. Yes. And we know when you go to these luncheons, you get to know these people. And that's what makes it so much fun. Because if you go long enough, they remember you, and then it becomes, you know, really special to us, the fans. Oh, I remember you. Yeah. And, you know, it makes us feel good to know that these stars have actually remembered us a year apart. There he is. So, anyway, we wish you all the wonderful luck we'll be watching you on "Guiding Light" and anything and everything else you're going to do. You've got to find a way to let us know what you're going to be doing. Thank you. I will. I will. We'll find a way. I'll finally one day make some kind of lipstick. Well, you will. You're gone. And when I did, you got to remember, I told you so. You're going to get that Academy Award. I have been telling you that for years, haven't I, Tom? That's true. That's very true. That's very true. That's very true. You've got such potential. I just can't wait to see what he's going to do to win it. Well, I'll let you go and let somebody else give a quick minute with you. All right. And we're just glad to hear you and glad I even got home again. Well, thank you so much for coming in. Thank you so much. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Good night. Good night. You're an awesome person. Love to have support. That's cool. That's support like that. Yeah. And I love it. Yeah. Amazing. Exactly. Amazing. Yeah. So, people are dying to know this. I'm even dying to know myself now that they brought it up. You know, that's how I decided to say, "Yeah, I really want to know that too until after they ask it." So, really, that's a lot about me. Everyone is questioning. Do you have a Facebook? Yes. Yes. You do have a Facebook. Yes. Yeah. Someone said you probably don't use it a lot because you're computer illiterate. I'm close to computer illiterate. You haven't been on my page and probably, honestly, probably close to three months. But I do have a Facebook page and I do try and write to everyone. I'm just really bad about going on it. But yes, that's mine if that's the question. But it is actually my page, like a picture of me and my cat. So, yeah. Yes. After hearing this show, you're going to have like 5,000 requests. Everyone is right now saying, "Come to my page right now." I'm like, "I'm friendly to go on Facebook. He's not even on my page. I invited him to the show." Yeah, I will get back on this soon and try and just check in. Yeah, it's probably been a while. Randy said, "Come to her page and make sure you put special messages on it." Ah, just a forewarning. We're lucky. We're lucky if I can even sign on to the damn thing. So, I don't know how many people do anything. She likes to do the folklore. It's been a while, but she likes to do the folklore. I get those things I have no clue what the hell that is or how. Me too. Me too. Yeah. Randy, please don't poke me. Please. Yeah, she's building me all the time. I don't care. Hold on. It's all right. Facebook is fun. It's all fun. You'll get used to it. Give it time. If you need lessons, you know where to find me. I can teach you what you need to know about Facebook. Absolutely. I appreciate your generosity. Yes, of course. I could have used a little chump change in my pocket. You know, I'm paying you to help me learn Facebook. I just threw that out there as a suggestion. I see. That's the way this is going. Yes, of course. You know, I have to have a little set-side cash coming on. And, you know, just saying. What better sources income than getting it from Tom Humphrey? That sounded so dirty. Oh, my God. Oh, God. On that note. Yes, on that note, thank you so much for going on a second time. Hopefully, did you have a good time? Yeah, you guys are great. Yeah, thank you. I had a great time. A lot of laughs. What did a promo for us last time, didn't he? No, he didn't. No, he didn't. No, he didn't. I don't have one. Well, then why? I think he did and he totally deleted or something. Well, he's going to have to redo it. There you go. Redo. Redo. Yes. You know how this rolls. I hope. You're going to have to remind me. All right, it's totally easy, you know. So basically, I did a promo for us. I said, "Hey, this is Tom Humphrey." And you're listening to Buzzworthy Radio. Or you can put your own spin on it and say, "Whatever you want, and yeah, it's up to you, so are you ready to do it? Are you ready?" Yeah. Yeah. All right. It's all you. Hey, this is Tom Humphrey and Buzzworthy Radio. It's happening to you right now. Sweet. And he didn't swear in the promo. That's good. That's good. Oh, they wanted you to laugh in the promo, though. But I can easily edit that. We can easily edit. There you go. Laugh. I did cut it together and have me sing some real strange shit. I could do that. I could do that. It can happen. Thanks again for coming on, man. It was a blast. Yeah. No, thank you guys for having me. I appreciate it. All right. All right. Well, we'll talk to you later, Tom. Thank you. All right, guys. Bye. Bye-bye. Tom? I have to say before we cut out here, you know, it's just funny just by thinking about this when we had to redo the promo. John Driscoll had been on the show four times, and I had to remind him how to do the promo. He's been on the show four times. Really? He should know this. He's a Buzzworthy pro. He's a buzz. He's the lead. He's the one who has the lead for the most time. He already wanted to come back again. If you click the phone, hang some of, you know, buzzworthy radio. He already wants to come back in like two months. All right. Come on. Yeah. He said it. By the way, I just wanted to say thank you so much for putting me on the air two minutes after the show over. I'm driving in my car. I'm like, "What?" It was awesome. I know. That's how I roll. Well, but hey, I want to say when are we on next? Do you know? I don't know yet. I'm actually finding out when I'm setting up an interview with most of you. Probably have heard this band already. If not, check them out. They're new. They're fresh right now. Tommy Page actually is their manager. The factory may be making an appearance on this show. What is their single, do you know? With their hit single that's out right now. Lovestruck. So, lovestruck. How's it go? How's it go? Lovestruck. You got me. Lovestruck. You got me. I don't know. Stop it. Stop it. Please. You know the song you said? Yes. I don't know. I said I don't know. But that's a good interpretation. Thank you. You have to YouTube it. Okay. I'll definitely YouTube it. I have to YouTube it. It helps you hear me. I'll say this though. It looks like boy bands are making a reappearance in this world. Really? Well. Don't be bad. We actually, I'm in the process. I just want to let you guys know. Oh, by the way, May 19th, that was yesterday, right? You guys better go out and buy the most awesome 3D horror movie ever. My buddy Valentine 3D comes out. It's already out on DVD. It's already out. Check it out. Seriously. It's awesome. Check out Vincent Ackles and Jamie King in Christmas. I'm also in the process of getting an interview with one of my really good friends who's actually an up and coming actor. He's a champion and he's going to tell us about the CBS pilot, Three Rivers. He's a part in it and he's going to tell us about it. Yeah. We're in the process of getting him on the show. And Brandy said that she refuses to buy the DVD. We're going to end on that note. Thank you, Brandy. Thank you very much. That's all I have to say. Thank you. I had a great time, Nivelle. Thank you so much for setting this up as always. It's a pleasure doing this video. Thank you. Thank you. And I just want to say that it is now time for me to sign off and get me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. And get the latest buzz with the radio, you guys. We'll see you guys next time. Sweet dreams. [BLANK_AUDIO]
